I grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, called Ponca City. I moved to Denver in 1991 and have lived in many houses throughout Washington Park.
Why they chose this property
The Cory-Merril neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in Colorado. Walk south of my house and you will see beautiful, mature trees and distinctive, unique houses.
