Home was very welcoming and warm. Kitchen was fully equipped and is a nice space to work in. Love the backyard for our daughter's dog to run around. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay here again in the summer. Highly recommend.

Cozy house with a lot of character

The house is very charming with nice updates in the bathroom and kitchen. The outdoor area is as nice as it looks in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely.

We had a great experience here. The house is beautiful and clean. We have two small dogs. The house is pet friendly with a great fenced yard and front patio. We were walking distance to Washington Park. This was a perfect gathering place for us.

Loved our stay! The neighborhood was as beautiful as the home itself. The trees were all turning for Fall, and it was gorgeous. The home itself had all the extras you could want. Plus, it was centrally located to all the Denver has to offer. Todd was a great host, definitely reccomend staying here.

We really enjoyed our four-night stay here. The home is immaculate, tastefully furnished and in a wonderful neighborhood. We dined al fresco in the nicely landscaped backyard after whipping up meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The mid-century touches are groovy and the bathroom is fabulous. Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed.

The Cory-Merril neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in Colorado. Walk south of my house and you will see beautiful, mature trees and distinctive, unique houses.
