The condo was clean and well arranged with everything we needed for one night. The elevator was handy for our heavy bags. A very nice beach was a short walk away and we rented beach chairs which was a good thing as it was windy and blowing sand, yet pleasant and the water was warm. Many restaurants were nearby and we had delicious ribs, tostones and sweet plantains for dinner. There was access to a nice pool, but we didn't have time to enjoy it. Good communication with the host. Great stay!

Mitchell, the only thing that happened was that the water heater broke and it was replaced that same day. We were very diligent and the cleaning was spotless.

5 Stars – Perfect Location & Amazing HostThis place was exactly as advertised — literally a 5-minute walk to the beach, right to the chair and umbrella rentals. You truly can’t beat the location. It’s also within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store, which made everything incredibly convenient.The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were a great surprise — air fryer, mini fridge, cooler, beach towels, and even sunscreen available to use. Thoughtful touches like that really stand out.The best meal we had was down the beach at Oceano — hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.Most importantly, the owner was very kind, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth. It couldn’t have been better.Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay here again.

House was beautiful and great for our trip with extended family. Cannot give 5 stars due to a couple small hiccups: real estate agent coming to provide a tour of the house, someone knocking on the door mistakenly thinking there was an open house the day before we left, someone coming to spray fertilizer on the bushes and we had to turn him away due to having small kids playing outside. Overall a beautiful stay and beautiful house.

The property is located in an area that is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants that are walkable. The building itself does not look like there are apartments there. Once in the building, I felt fairly safe as the doors locked. The property was decently clean, but the communication with the host was absolutely terrible. The key was not located in the lockbox upon my arrival and I was unable to access the property and it was raining. The host did not call me back. He did end up sending the Cleaning person who was amazing. I wouldn’t recommend but I wouldn’t not recommend.
