The cabin was very clean, and so many goodies that the host provided. Bottled water coffee, tea, candy, creamer, snack bag chips. It was pet-friendly; they even provided a food and water bowl. The furniture was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the pillows! The view on the back deck was great and plenty of room for the six of us to sit and visit. I like the handicaped ramp because a member of our group was getting over knee replacement it came in very handy for her. I liked the location very private but still close to Mountain View. We were there for the Bean Festival, and that was great. If I had any suggestions, it would be to fix the bedroom doors; they don't close all the way, and the dog was able to hit the door and come in any time it wanted to. A little side table beside the green chair in the living room would be nice. The price was very reasonable. Nikki was great Thanks for everything.

I’m not sure why the guest rated us 8/10. Communication was great and she never had a complaint or requested any additional services. The cabin was clean and fully stocked with all amenities. We even supplied extra snacks and candy for their arrival. All soap, tp, and paper towels were stocked. we also supply extras like laundry detergent, aluminum foil, coffee/ w creamer. This is above and beyond what most places provide. I’m stumped. If there was something lacking I would have taken care of it immediately.

This was a perfect getaway. We loved the house was handicapped accessible. We loved that it was stocked with anything we could need. We loved the view and the amazing back porch. The towels were luxurious. I loved that the TV would automatically log you out of whatever apps you used so you didn’t have to keep up with that! Quiet and serene! Would definitely come again!

Exactly what we were looking for. Everything we needed was there. Even a welcome snack basket the kids enjoyed. Close proximity to Blanchard Springs and the Charming little town of Mountain View. We didn’t have enough time to do everything we wanted so we will definitely be back. Great place and amazing host. Thank you!!!

Quiet

This house was very clean and very nice. We enjoyed the house and everything in it. The owner was nice too and kept me up to date on everything. I didnt like the miles to town per say, but it wasnt that bad. But the area was very quiet and easy to find. We loved it.

This cabin is exceptional. Absolutely beautiful. The view from the back porch was stunning. Very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and linen. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Location was close to town but far enough out to feel secluded. The small details the hosts provided for a pleasant stay were just great. Games, flashlight by the back door, bird watching book and binoculars. A treat basket and water bottles. Porch swings, rocking chairs. Reading material, ect. I could go on and on. Wheelchair ramp and walk in shower with hand rails. Which we needed for my parents. Deer, Rabbits and lightning bugs. Amazing, Loved it!!! Will definitely recommend and hopefully be back to visit.

Nestled between Blanchard Springs and the sweet little town of Mountain View Arkansas. This place is charming, clean and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything with special touches throughout the cabin. I highly recommend a stay in this little “peace” of heaven on earth. Awesome communication, easy check in and out. Great location.
