Two floor cozy holiday house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room, with a charming fireplace and fully equiped kitchen to salon, surrounded by a large garden. The garden and exterior porch are beautiful and very comfortable. It has also a outdoor furniture as well as a barbecue. All guests also can use 4 bicycles for free.
"Bedroom 1" has one single bed for two person (160x200), and "Bredroom 2 Gallery" is located on the open gallery, and has a two single bed (90x200) for two person.
National Park Una in Bihać is 24 km from D.I.M. Holiday House..

Great location and perfect for our days at the lakes.

Beautiful location and clean and cozy little house. We were greeted when we arrived and given a short tour and got to settle in. Very close to the national park and many restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect place for our stay.

Beautiful small home in a beautiful setting. Owner shared a bottle of wine that they make and it was very good. It was so clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was like the icing on the cake for our 2 week road trip we had around Solvenia and Croatia. We loved our time at plitvice lakes.

Very nice home and very attentive hosts. Great location nearby Plitvice Lakes. Several restaurants and store are within walking distance. Only drawback was the 2nd bedroom is not fully enclosed with an open wall to the living area below.

What a wonderful place!

Felt like we were at home. Mama was so welcoming and catering to our needs. The house was absolutely lovely! Great feel. We even got blessed with some freshly harvested grapes, pastries, and a bottle of wine! Just perfect!

Idyllic, clean and conveniently located

The house is located in a beautiful, lush garden surrounded by nature. The spacious patio is a great place to sit and enjoy a cool drink after you visited the nearby Plitvic lakes. Everything was spotless clean and we found everything we need. There even was a fire burning in the fireplace when we arrived, so the welcome was not only warm because of the nice hosts. :-)

Amazing home!

DIM Holiday House is amazing! For a small home it is incredibly spacious. There are so many thoughtful and helpful details, including the heater in the bathroom, an awesome shower, lots of electrical outlets, and an automatic light for the stairs. The house is furnished with lovely, comfortable furniture and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the outdoor space and the lovely yard. Check-in/out was easy and pleasant. We would love to visit again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful and spotless

This is a beautiful little home tucked away down a quaint country lane. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs and it’s well equipped. Unfortunately the drought has caused water rationing throughout the region (not just this home, the whole area). but we didn’t know the hours. Be sure to ask. After figuring out the timeline it was easy to plan accordingly.

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Der Empfang Vorort war sehr herzlich und das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage war zudem noch noch ein großer Pluspunkt. Man kam überall mit relativ wenig Aufwand hin.Definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage hat das ganze Haus gekühlt, was bei den heissen Temperaturen auch notwendig war. Wir konnten direkt am Haus parken. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Jörg & Familie

Heerlijk groot huis en tuin

Warme ontvangst, heerlijke grote tuin, groot huis. Rustige ligging, dichtbij supermarkt en de Plitvice meren. Fijn dat er airco is boven al koelt het 's nachts wel af. Overal horren. Badkamer is prima, alleen jammer toilet en douche in dezelfde ruimte. Supergrill buiten! Lekkere stoelen en spelmogelijkheden. Heerlijk overdekt terras om te eten. Apparatuur is wat verouderd: vaatwasser en Playstation defect, koffiezetapparaat doet het niet goed (ontkalken?), koelkast kan niet op volle toeren anders maakt hij constant lawaai. We misten een lage tafel bij de bank om je drankje op te zetten en barbecue-gereedschap. Slaapkamers kunnen misschien beter omgedraaid worden want de kinderslaapkamer heeft geen deur en die horen alle kleine geluidjes van beneden. De ouderslaapkamer heeft wel een deur.

Nette Tage in absoluter Ruhe

Wir verbrachten vier schöne Tage in diesem Häuschen. Majas Mutter empfing uns an einem etwas kühlen Abend im späten September mit Hilfe eines leicht zu bedienenden Holzofens in einer wohlig warmen Unterkunft. Das gesamte Haus war blitzsauber. Zum Empfang hatte sie außerdem einen großen Teller leckeren Obstes für uns vorbereitet. Im Haus ist wirklich alles nötige vorhanden, von Küchenutensilien bis zu Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Gewürzen und Olivenöl. Die verschiedenen Sorten an Teebeutel habe ich besonders genossen. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die Schlafgelegenheiten; davon ein Doppelbett in einem sehr schön gelegenen großen Zimmer; die beiden Einzelbetten auf der Galerie, die geschützt durch große Jalousien offen zur Treppe hin liegen. An die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses besonders im oberen Stockwerk mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen; wir haben aber aufgrund der hervorragenden Matratzen und der absoluten Ruhe in der Umgebung trotzdem gut geschlafen. Der Garten ist ein Traum; wir konnten einige schöne Sonnenstunden hier verbringen. In der näheren Umgebung war besonders der Ort Slunj für uns eine Überraschung. Am Zusammenfluss der Slunjcica mit der Korana befinden sich unzählige Wasserfälle und auf einer kleinen Inselgruppe, die zwar Eintritt kostet, von denen sich aber jede Kuna/Euro lohnt, ein im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes `Feenparadies´, das Groß und Klein bezaubert.

Rust van begin tot einde, in een groene omgeving en met warme gastheren. Alle comfort aanwezig. Zoveel meer dan een ideale uitvalsbasis om de meren te bezoeken.

Traumhafte liebevoll eingerichte Unterkunft mit Abendteuergarten und Fledermaushöhle

Wir wurden herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem praktisch, technisch modern sowie liebevoll traditionell und sauber eingerichtet. Die Kinder durften gemeinsam mit der im Nachbarhaus lebenden Wirtin Gemüse ernten und Suppe kochen. Falls es der Sprache bedurfte hat der Google Übersetzer geholfen. Der Garten bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne und im Schatten und Spielmöglichkeiten für große und kleinere Kinder. Die Ruhe wird nur von Zikaden unterbrochen. Waschmöglichkeiten im Extragebäude runden das Angebot ab. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt noch ein Fliegengitter. Die Klimaanlage ist erwähnenswert effizient. Wir waren sehr glücklich.

Cute Cabin in the woods

It’s Smoke House in Google Maps but D.I.M. To the mother of the owner. A very modern, impecibly clean 2bd 1ba (downstairs). Use of momma’s laundry facility was a lifesaver after 10 days and running out of clean clothes. Be patient finding it. Look for the brightly lit bycycle. Close to both entrances to the park. Buy tickets early to the park in the summer or weekends or you’ll spend the day sitting under a shade tree. Study park maps carefully. Three trials ending at three tram stations higher and higher. The trams were a lifesaver after 5 miles.

Perfect Family get away close to Plitvice National Park

What a wonderful place to stay!!! The host are amazing, warm and friendly!!! Spent an hour helping us get our luggage that had been lost by the airport!!! They had a wonderful bottle of wine on arrival!! The house was perfect for Our 2 teenage sons and my husband and I, very very close to the park, we enjoyed it there so much we picked up something and just made dinner at the house that night and felt like we had made friends even with the language barrier!!! Loved it❤️❤️
