Station One Condos - Oceanfront 2 slaapkamers, 2 bad condo op loopafstand van winkels, restaurant en kruidenierswinkel in het hart van Wrightsville Beach! Mooi aangelegd terrein, 24-uurs beveiliging en vele voorzieningen voor uw vakantieplezier met gemeenschappelijk zwembad aan de oceaan, tennisbaan, fietsenstalling, barbecue-gedeelte op de begane grond met picknicktafels om buiten te eten.

Deze mooi ingerichte unit kijkt uit op het zwembad met balkon op het balkon. Het gebouw heeft een lift naar elke verdieping voor uw gemak. Muntstukken op elke verdieping. Gereserveerde parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's.

Geen huisdieren. Niet roken. Bezetting: 6. Parkeren voor twee voertuigen.

Het Station One-complex vereist dat alle voertuigen een HOA-parkeerpas weergeven terwijl ze op het terrein geparkeerd staan om citatie te voorkomen. Passen worden strikt gehandhaafd en beperkt tot twee per verhuureenheid; er kunnen geen uitzonderingen worden gemaakt. Alle reserveringen vereisen parkeerkaarten die bij het inchecken worden afgegeven door de receptie van Station One bij de reserveringshouder.

** Met ingang van 2 januari 2019 zullen alle vakantiewoningen van 5-21 nachten voor deze woning inclusief beddengoed zijn. Op 4 nachten of minder heeft u nog steeds de mogelijkheid om beddengoed te huren of zelf mee te brengen; bedlinnen en bedmakerijen kunnen worden toegevoegd aan uw reservering tegen de kosten per het huurcontract.**

Perfect vacation

This unit is close to the elevator and laundry. Directly centered above the pool, as well as very close to the beach access which is lined with shady trees. The unit was pictured and described accurately. The sliding glass doors had amazing retractable floor to ceiling shutters for privacy and morning light. The towels and linens were crisp and white, expertly laundered. Generous closet and dresser space for our belongings. The appliances were spacious and efficient (quietest dishwasher I’ve ever used). Absolutely loved that we walked through the parking lot down to restaurants like Tower 7 right on the corner. This unit is a keeper. The grounds at Tower One are impeccable.

Wrightsville stay

The location is perfect for beach, restaurants, Wilmington. Also good for two couples. There was an issue that guest bed was terribly uncomfortable and should be replaced. It is not fun to be on vacation and not get a good night’s sleep.

Long Weekend

This was perfect for a long weekend. I loved being oceanfront and still sit on the balcony and read even if it's a rainy day. We will absolutely stay here again.

Friends getaway

We loved this property. It was attractively decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it daily. There was an oceanfront view that we enjoyed all day long. The management was accessible and responsive to an issue we had. Would definitely use again!!

Perfect Location

May was the perfect location for the family wedding in Wrightsville Beach we attended and the visiting with family in Wilmington. Of course the view and easy access to the beach made this location perfect. While the weather wasn't great being so easy to get to the beach for a short but sweet walk was easy and then back to the May to take in the wonderful view. And to be walking distance to so much was a great bonus. PERFECT LOCATION!

The decor was fantastic and the high back wingback chairs and sofa were extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to stay in this unit again. Two nice bathrooms and beautiful full kitchen as well. Master bedroom opens to the oceanfront large balcony. Great corner unit, nicely tucked into corner of the pool area and beach. Just Right on Wrightsville

We enjoyed our stay and the unit had most everything we could have wanted/needed. The 'newly remodeled' part of the listing did lead us to believe the entire condo had been renovated. The kitchen and main area definitely has been, but the bathrooms could still use some updating/new fixtures. That didn't adversely affect our stay, but was not quite as expected. The ducts and registers could definitely use a good cleansing though. Mold is apparent (we realize this is a common coastal issue) and that could cause major health issues if not continually addressed. Everything else seemed clean though. The view and proximity to the water were our main priorities, and this unit definitely delivers on that!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice but not as clean as it should have been. The porch had sand and dirt on the floor that had been there for a while. The vent in the spare bathroom had black dirt which could have been mold. I sprayed and cleaned it.

A week at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nicely decorated, ocean views from balcony were spectacular. The queen mattress in second bedroom needs to be replaced immediately, extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Mattress in master bedroom not as bad but also somewhat noisy. Condition of mattresses is the primary reason I would not rent this unit again. If mattresses were replaced I would not hesitate to rent this unit in the future. Kitchen is dated but well stocked. Pool was wonderful, having gas grills available on the ground floor was very convenient. Bryant Real Estate does a great job communicating with renters, information provided was accurate and complete. Condominium complex was quiet and great for families.

Won’t stay in this unit again

Communication, questions answered and overall friendly staff.-Proximity to beach and restaurants was great -Security of property. I actually liked that we had to unlock a door to get in the building.-The kitchen updates looked good and appliances were great. Cons: the unit is not as pictured and I will not be staying in this particular unit again.-The bathrooms were not cleaned to what we’re accustomed to on vacation. -They honestly could use a DEEP clean and whatever the cleaning service used to clean had a strong smell that stuck around.-The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we went and bought a mattress topper. -Not enough comfortable seating in living room for our family of 5-The tiny trash can in the kitchen was not big enough -No proper balcony furniture, which stinks bc the view is incredible ***I did overlook that the unit DOES NOT have a washer and dryer in it. There is a shared laundry on the floor, but the last thing I wanted to do was sit with our laundry 😂
