This is a Gulf Front unit with Panoramic Ocean and beach views from all rooms. It has been completely renovated from top to bottom with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture, GE stainless steel appliances and LCD TVs in all room. Two Ocean facing balconies give you the view of beautiful sunrise in the morning from one balcony and awesome West Coast sunsets from the other balcony. The unit is fully equipped with all the comforts of a home. It has washer and dryer in the unit so you don't have to make trips to a laundromat. The Master Suite has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds (not twins). If you want a Gulf facing unit with spectacular views, fully renovated, clean and comfortable furnishings, you will not find a better place than this on Siesta Beach.
The rates are as listed, plus a 12% Florida tax. Holiday weeks 15% premium.
You are renting this condo directly from the owner and I live less than a mile on the same road. I am easy to deal with and love to help my guests in any way I can. This is big advantage over dealing with some third party rental agents. You will have my personal cell phone to be able to contact me with any questions or concerns.
No need for a car. There is a FREE trolley and a number of TIPS ONLY golf taxis which will take you anywhere on the island.

I have now bought a bigger property on the same road, about 1 mile from this property. You are renting this property directly from the owner who lives on the same road, one mile away. I can be reached directly in case of any issues.

Great location and condo accross street from Siesta beach
We have been going to this condo for four years and have enjoyed our stay. We stay here with another couple and the condor with two bedrooms fits our needs. The location is central to Siesta Key and there is quick access to all the sites and restaurants.

The Condo is exactly as described. The view is amazing and the location is perfect. It was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and equipped with everything that we needed. If you want to feel true luxury, this is the place. Harry was very courteous and was available to answer any questions that we had. The only downside to our trip was that we had to leave a day early because IRMA decided that she was taking over...OH WELL...can't mess with mother nature!

Thanks Debbie and David. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay at my condo, even though it was cut short due to Irma. Fortunately we did not sustain any damage or loss of power for extended time. We are back in operation and Siesta Key is humming with activity again.
We felt right at home - beautiful view, comfortable & stylish decor, great location!!!
My 3 children ages 8,10 & 12 and I spent 11 nights in this lovely condo. The view is wonderful and so convenient to the public beach access across the street. We enjoyed using the beach cart and beach gear provided in a closet filled with goodies including games & books if you'd like. The condo is nicely decorated, stocked and comfortable - slept well. We all enjoyed the pool and poolside grill, cooked some meals in and had everything we needed in the kitchen. So much to see & do! Short drive into Siesta Village- there is a free shuttle. We enjoyed exploring Ca D'Zan, the Ringling museums, Mote Aquarium, an eco boat tour of Sarasota Bay, Lido Beach at sunset, St Armand's circle, all nearby.
This was really an enjoyable trip and I was sad to have to leave. We will definitely be back! I would highly recommend staying here!
The property is located on Siesta Beach - Ranked No. 1 Beach in USA. This part of Siesta has lifeguards, concession stands, restrooms and other amenities. Walking distance to Siesta Village with lots of bars, night clubs, restaurants, boutiques, grocery store and shopping.

$350 deposit will be refunded within 15 days after departure, after the unit has been inspected. There is a 2.9% additional charge for use of credit cards. Any foreign credit card transaction fees will be deducted from your deposit. Preferred method of payment is checks. If there is a change in tax rate imposed by the county or any additional fees imposed by the Condo association from the time of booking, the guest will be responsible for the difference. We prefer to book from weekend to weekend. If you are booking mid week, please inquire with the owner first. If you are booking more than 12 months in future, please confirm rates with the owner before booking.
