This home is beautiful and will meet every need: rather you’re a family, a large group, or need a romantic get away with a master suite featuring a rain-head shower as well as a claw-foot tub. Master suite has your very own outdoor balcony connected to your room. Rather it’s rainy or sunshine you have something to do here at this house with spacious indoors including a game room. Bunk beds for kids. Oversized appliances for cooking and your very own ice making machine. Large oversized multi lot for a back yard full of fun in the sun playing volleyball or BBQ. Also, 5-10 min walk from downtown to see the infamous Crazy Water or Baker Hotel! Also, you will receive a 10% discount coupon for frozen yogurt, protein shakes or açaí bowls at Fro-Pro Nutrition. Or enjoy any other downtown tourism. 5 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The master bedroom is a true master suite connected to its own bathroom with a double vanity, clawfoot tub, and oversized shower. We had an enough room for everyone. We had enough towels ect & the house was very clean. The house is very nice and unique the game room was alot of fun & having a grill in the back was wonderful. We had to check out later due to key/car issues & they were very understanding & let us stay longer & didn’t charge us extra. They really cared about me & my family & showed compassion & Cassie the host of the house was very kind & professional with a big heart. I would definitely stay here again when we go back to Mineral Wells.

Why they chose this property

This house is very neat. It’s one of those old 1930s build, old square 2 story homes with the balcony, large partial wrap around porch, and a sunroom. Vintage but brand new inside. Fully remodeled with new plumbing, electrical and hvac. So you get to see the old vintage build but with new modern amenities.

What makes this property unique

Vintage but new. Large & spacious inside & out. Meets the needs for a single family or even multi family gatherings. Just a really cool place. Within walking distance to downtown, most would probably prefer to drive.
