Cute 2-bedroom farmhouse in Trumansburg with WiFi

Cozy farmhouse, centrally located just outside of Ithaca - 2 minutes to Taughannock Falls State Park, Black Diamond Trail and beautiful Cayuga Lake. Convenient to Trumansburg (5 MIN), Ithaca (10 MIN), Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake (20 MIN), Syracuse (75 MIN) and Rochester (90 MIN). Close to parks, gorges, wineries, Cornell and Ithaca College.

The two bedrooms have a queen and full sized bed and the designated office space has a twin. An air mattress is available upon request. The front room has two living room chairs and a dining space that seats four people comfortably. The TV nook in the back is cozy and the L-couch seats four comfortably. There's a second desk in the TV room.

This is a sweet, old farm house, so be ready for various squeaky floors! Please note, the bathroom is on the second floor. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and amenities like free WiFi and washing machine / dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was well-equipped, clean, and very close to the Cayuga wine trail, Watkins Glen, and Taughannock falls. The host was super responsive.

Beautiful, charming and clean farmhouse. Plenty of room for our family of 5, with 2 sitting areas, a nice kitchen and dining space with a table that extends easily for more people. There was outdoor furniture in the front and back for enjoying the view of the green and spacious yard along with fire pit access. There was even a designated office/3rd sleeping space so my husband could get his work done in a separate area. Very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again when visiting our family.

This home is delightful. More space than expected with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, a bonus TV room and an office large enough to be an additional bedroom. My friend and I didn't spend much time there, but the outdoor space is huge and would be great for an "at home" picnic or lawn games. Ann and Tim were super speedy with communication and there were zero issues. Highly recommended.

The property was perfect for our needs. Easy to get in (i.e. the door lock) and to lock up. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean. The bathroom was modern and there were plenty of towels for us (4 adults and a toddler). Beds were comfortable and there were all kinds of blankets so we weren't too hot or cold. There were a few books available for perusing and we very much enjoyed "All my friends are still dead". It was so much better than being in a hotel (especially with a toddler). If we come back to the area (which we will) and need a place to stay, this place will be first on the list.

Family Trip

The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to stay!
