We were disappointed with our stay here. Check in was quick and easy, however there is no parking aside from first come first serve street parking, or paying to park a short distance away. On-site parking should not be included in the description for this property.The unit itself was filthy, with many broken items. We paid for early check-in and ensuring cleanliness was a major item in that extra fee. The walls, counters and curtains, couch and bar stools all had dirt and grime on them appearing as they haven't been cleaned in some time. There were also 3 cartons of eggs and shells stuffed in a cabinet above the refrigerator, which proves nobody had looked up there while cleaning.Many items throughout the unit were broken or damaged upon arrival. The faucet to the main bathroom was completely detached from the counter, rendering it unusable. The door to one bedroom had 2 hinges completely out of the wall with screws exposed and the door couldn't close. The desk in that bedroom also had missing drawers. I reached out to the owner about the broken door and received no response or acknowledgement of the issue. Aside from the issues above, the unit is in a decent location and could be a very nice stay, but cleanliness and the condition of the unit does not seem to be a concern for the owner.
