High floor 2 bedroom condo with ocean view! Popular building with residential feel and great amenities, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms, and a large lanai perfect for morning coffee or sunset meals.

Free covered parking, Wi-Fi and telephone (US and Canada). Guest parking is also available.

Waikiki Lanais is a 5 minute walk to the heart of Waikiki beach with surfing, protected swimming areas, and gorgeous sunsets. Close to world-class shopping and restaurants on Kalakaua Avenue. The building features a recreation deck with heated pool, hot tub, and exercise room, large commercial laundry room, and a rooftop deck with BBQ for entertaining or enjoying a drink at the end of the day.

Wake up to ocean and canal views in the master bedroom, which features a queen bed, walk in closet, and doorwall leading to the lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a floor-to-ceiling window facing the ocean. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed when extra space is needed.

Our condo has a full kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, and a rice cooker. BBQ grills are available on the rooftop deck. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably.

You can vacation with or without a car. The Food Pantry supermarket is a short walk away, or drive to Don Quijote for gourmet food, fresh fish, and Japanese imports. Weekly farmers markets are within two blocks at the Waikiki Community Center and King’s Village, or a short drive to the Kapiolani Community College farmers market. Oahu has great public transportation (The Bus) that will take you anywhere on the island.

To make your stay more comfortable and keep you connected, the condo includes air conditioning, a high definition LCD TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, basic cable, and WiFi with high speed internet. We provide everything you need for a fun day at the beach, including towels, beach chairs and boogie boards.

Personally I'd take the mirrors off the wall in the living room, add 1 or 2 easy chairs.

Queen bed & pillow were very comfortable, bathroom & kitchen. The bathroom could use a handicap bar on the wall by tub. Overall the room was quite comfortable.

Just Ok

I booked this apartment for my significant other and my mother in law for one week. Overall, the place was just ok. The bed sheets were absolutely filthy when we arrived, which forced me to go out and buy laundry detergent and wash them the first night we were there. NOT HAPPY about that!!! Luckily, the manager was understanding of this and gave me a partial refund. Location is meh and the lanais is nice though an obstructed view because of all the apartments around it. Lots of construction was happening in the lot next door and the lobby downstairs which made for very early wake up calls. I definitely don't think this place is worth the price. Everything was just OK.

Great place for our family of 6!

Our families first trip to Hawaii & this was a great place to stay! Clean, homey, & close to everything. It was especially nice to have the beach gear there to use. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Conveniently loated with wonderful views

Our famiy of two adults and two older teenage daughters had a wonderful stay in this apartment over the Christmas/New Year period. The apartment was easily found by the cab driver ($32 from airport) and the entry instructions were clear to follow. As our flight had arrived at 7:00am, Jim and Yas had kindly organised an early arrival for us and this enabled a great start to our holiday.

Apartment is light and airy with lovely breezes in the evening which negated the need to use the air conditioning very much. Bedrooms adequate for holiday accommondation with the walk-in robe/storage area in the main bedroom making it especially comfortable.

The advertised description is accurate concerning the facilities. All basic equipment for cooking up holiday type meals supplied but the apartment is within easy walking distance of excellent cafes, restaurants and takeaway outlets as well as the Food Pantry and the infamous ABC shops. Safeway about 30 mins pleasant walk along the canal and a local street for larger shops - join their Club for discounts!

Best attribute of the apartment is the lanais. Lovely and shaded until mid-morning and then cool breezes in the evening. Can see the water, glimpses of Diamond Head and also the canal. The surrounding building lights when the sun goes down are beautiful and you can even see the tips of the Hilton fireworks on Friday evenings.

Great customer service by everyone at Primo Hawaii Properties and would recommend this property to anyone for short or longer term stays.

Great apartment and location for family or 2 x Couple

The apartment was exactly as described and photographed. Correspondence with Jim and Yas was prompt and extremely helpful.

The apartment itself was very roomy for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage daughters) and had all the basics required for a holiday in Waikiki. Kitchen well equipped for holiday type cooked meals but there was an abundance of takeaway meal choices within 5 mins walk as well as the infamous ABC shops. Food Pantry was about 10 mins away and Safeway about 30 mins brisk walk for supermarket type shopping.

Allow about 15 mins if walking to the beach but 5 mins of this is waiting for the lift and getting out of the building! No gripes - appreciated the security. Also appreciated the laundry on the 5th floor and the book swap!

Pool area great - particularly if you just wanted to relax and have a cool dip, and the roof area was good for some more panoramic photos.

However, the best feature of the apartment was the lanais. Breakfast and evening meals with wonderful views every day. Although you couldn't actually see the beach, the water landscape was great and there was always something happening around the streets below in the evenings. Being a corner apartment you could also see glimpses of the canal behind and also parts of Diamond Head. It also ensured you had cool breezes in the evening from a couple of sides so we hardly used the air conditioning.

All in all a great rental for a couple of weeks and would highly recommend dealing with Jim and Yas at Primo Hawaii Properties.

Wonderful location and lanai

We had a fantastic three days in this condo, which is well equipped and in a perfect location. The highlight of the condo, though, is the lanai. Every morning, we woke early and watched the sunlight slowly build and reflect on the surrounding buildings and Diamond Head until it poured out over the waves and water. Every evening, we sat and watched the lights of Waikiki while planning our adventures for the next day. The trade winds blew comfortably across us, making even the hotter portions of the afternoon bearable when we were there. The furniture on the lanai was comfortable, and we appreciated the "bar height" stools and table, which let you see over the railing and clearly to the beach and ocean.

You will be three blocks from the Duke statue and Banyan tree, four blocks from the Outrigger and International Market, two blocks from an ABC Store--though you're never further than that from one in Waikiki--and one block from the Ala Wai canal and walking path. If you happen to need it like we did, you're also less than half a mile from Island Urgent Care and less than a mile from Safeway, which has a pharmacy, and Leonard's Bakery, which will cure what medicine can't. The zoo and Kapiolani Park and beach are also close by if you need a break from Waikiki. The snorkeling at Kapiolani was better than expected.

The apartment itself was clean and well appointed with coffee maker, toaster, full size refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The dishes and silverware are better quality than in some places we've stayed, and the furniture is comfortable and TV acceptable--even for trying to watch the Cubs in the World Series. Beds were comfortable "memory foam" type mattresses, and the windows all open to let the beautiful trade winds blow through. The AC seemed to work, but we never really used it because the breezes were enough to keep us comfortable.

The apartment is full of light during the day and is generally light and airy. It's not the most luxurious building, but the convenience, price, and location more than make up for the lack of amenities.

The hosts were very responsive to email enquiries, and the instructions for arrival and departure were clear and accurate. They also sent a little "locals" guide to eateries and sites, which we appreciated.
