Ski season is right around the corner! Perfect condo for small families or 2 couples ready to enjoy Mammoth Lakes adventures in winter, spring, summer or fall!

This remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath (sleeps 4) end unit condo at Mammoth West is walking distance (with gear) to Canyon Lodge, the Gondola and 11 lifts including Canyon Express! Also on the free shuttle route for easy access to the Village and town.

The upstairs of this non-smoking unit has an open design with stone floors, gas fireplace, a deck overlooking pool and Jacuzzi, and a view of Lincoln Mountain. The kitchen is remodeled with granite counter-tops, cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances. All kitchen tools available or your convenience - dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and crock-pot.

SMART TV, DVD player, and board games for the whole family. Wireless available for those into their own computers for entertainment.

Downstairs has 2 master suites with queen beds and private baths. Small washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.


Pool and large Jacuzzi (Best in Mammoth! ) steps away where you can hear the wind in the trees. Also enjoy the sauna! The recreation room has a fireplace, ping pong, foosball and plenty of books to borrow. Plus a BBQ for you grillers!

There are 2 parking passes so you can park right in front of the complex.

Mammoth Lakes has world class powder ski conditions for the winter months, excellent hiking, biking and fishing conditions during the non-skiing months and, of course, it is a quiet romantic getaway anytime of the year! The town has all your amenities, but with a relaxed character of a small mountain village.

Mary was super welcoming and helpful, and the condo was cozy and exactly what you want after a long day on the mountain. The location is perfect with an easy 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge (and right by Austria Hof for food/drinks). Absolute gem of a place. Would 100% stay again.

Mammoth Condo

Had a great stay. Condo was clean with a lot of nice amenities. Host kept in touch and we were able to figure out how to use all the amenities and features. Thanks for a nice stay.

Nice Condo

Mary was helpful and responsive. The condo was nice and well furnished. I recommend it as a nice place to stay.

Gorgeous town home in perfect location!

Just a 5 minute walk up to Canyon Lodge and lifts or 10 minute walk down (or take the free gondola) to the Village, this property is in the absolutely perfect location. 2 bedroom, 2 bath felt like home. Beautifully furnished, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the awesome jacuzzi just steps away. I will never stay anywhere else in Mammoth! Thanks, Mary, for a great experience!

Nice condo great location

This is a nice condo in a great location. It could use bettrr cooking pans because the ones here have extremely damaged surfaces. I would have givin 5 stars on cleanliness but there were dirty unwashed pans in the cupboard. We arrived on a Saturday and there was no where to park at first. Im not sure there was anyone checking and citing/ Towing for skiiers parking in the spots marked for the condo.

Wonderful location, close to town. Delightful cozy and clean!

I would stay here again! Very pleased although parking is a bit down the hill if anybody in your party has mobility problems. Even so they can be dropped off very close to the front door. Delightful stay!
