The most incredible home I have ever had the luxury to stay in. We slept 10 people comfortably, with all accommodations met. An excellent space for hosting. Firewood provided, which was an unexpected and incredibly gracious feature.

Thank you so much for the amazing review! We’re really glad the home worked so well for your group and that everyone was comfortable. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the space for hosting—and we love that the firewood was a nice surprise. You were a wonderful guest, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime!
We rented the house for my 50th birthday and our 150th Beer Club event. It was spacious and the kitchen was a chef's dream. Came in to a bouquet of flowers and a birthday card which was a nice touch. Communication was challenging, we could not get the hot tub to heat and never heard a response back from the property manager. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend renting this property to anyone.

Hi there! I'm Cole, and I'm so glad you're considering staying at my place. I'm from North Georgia, and I love meeting people from all over the world. When I'm not hosting, you can usually find me enjoying local eateries and taking in the outdoors.
I became a host because I truly enjoy creating a cozy, comfortable space where guests can relax and feel at home. Whether you're here for work or just exploring the area, I'm happy to share local tips and help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
Why they chose this property
I chose Lookout Mountain for its unique blend of natural beauty, rich history, and tight-knit community. Perched over 2,000 feet above Chattanooga, this neighborhood offers breathtaking views of the Tennessee River and the surrounding valley. It's a place where you can enjoy the serenity of mountain living while being just minutes away from the vibrant city life below.
The area is home to iconic attractions like Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the historic Incline Railway, which provides a scenic ride up the mountain. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous hiking trails, including the Guild-Hardy and Glen Falls Trails, as well as opportunities for hang gliding and paragliding at Lookout Mountain Flight Park. The community also boasts excellent schools, such as Lookout Mountain and Fairyland Elementary, and is served by local businesses that add to its charm .
What I appreciate most about Lookout Mountain is its sense of community. It's a place where neighbors know each other by name, and local events like the Fairyland Festival and Lookout Mountain Carnival bring everyone together. Whether you're enjoying a meal at Café on the Corner or exploring the trails, there's a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home.
In essence, Lookout Mountain offers the perfect balance of natural beauty, historical significance, and a strong sense of community, making it an ideal place to live and host guests.
What makes this property unique
What makes my property truly special is its blend of mountain charm and relaxing amenities. Nestled atop Lookout Mountain, the home offers breathtaking views of the valley—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset from the deck. It’s a peaceful, private escape, yet still close to top attractions like Rock City, Ruby Falls, and scenic hiking trails.
Guests love unwinding in the outdoor hot tub under the stars, or stepping into the private sauna for a rejuvenating session after a day of adventure. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows, share stories, and enjoy the crisp mountain air. Inside, the space is warm and welcoming, with cozy furnishings, local art, and everything you need to feel at home.
Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or just some quiet time in nature, this retreat offers a unique and unforgettable experience.
