Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Wash all used dishes by hand or Countertop Dishwasher and place in drying rack.
Place all used towel bathtubs.
Leave all beds slept in unmade.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: Please adhere to Big Bear Lake City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Parking: Our designated driveway fits 3 vehicles. Street parking is NOT available. Cars parked on the street will be at risk of being fined or towed.
Trash: Upon departure, remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer. Take trash, and pet waste, to the Clean Bear Trash Sites.

The cabin was very nice and all instructions and light switches were marked and easily visible. The small yard for pets was also very much appreciated.

The host, Jerry, was very communicative and gracious even though we broke off a part of his faucet! He also allowed us a last minute change to bring our dog with us after our dog sitter dropped out last minute! The cabin is very close to the Village (walkable) and has EV charging, which is a lifesaver! We had a great time there and would love to book this cabin again. We had a large party of 6 and one dog and everyone was excited to be there!

What makes our property unique is that it has a reverse layout putting the Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom upstairs for prime views. The secondary bedrooms are located downstairs which is perfect for children and guests to stay. Our home also features a Game Room in the garage with darts, basketball, and arcade.
