Discover the charm of Seabrook Island at 625 Double Eagle, a delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit cottage that perfectly accommodates up to 6 guests. Nestled in the serene neighborhood of Shadowwood/Wedgewood, this property offers a tranquil retreat just moments away from the stunning, uncrowded South Carolina coastline.

Step inside to find a bright and inviting ambiance, as this beach cottage has been updated with shiplap, new flooring, and beachy furnishings throughout. The spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling, comfy sofa and chairs, jute rug, and smart TV is a great place to gather after a day at the Beach Club. A dining table off the great room is ideal for gathering to dine or enjoy family game night.

Barn doors lead to the spacious sunroom, a standout feature for sure, with its own gathering area, plush seating, and a pull-down queen Murphy bed offering a third separate sleeping space. This area overlooking the tropical foliage and wilderness of our beloved coastal barrier island can also be used as a remote workspace.

The well-equipped and bright kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a standard coffee maker and Keurig, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family dining at the cozy dining table.

Both bedrooms are designed for relaxation, with ample space and comfort, while the bathrooms are equipped with essential amenities. The master suite features a king bed, dresser, TV, dual closets, and an ensuite bath. The renovated master bathroom features a large shower, vanity, new tile floor, and ample lighting. The guest bedroom offers a king bed and access to the updated hallway bath with a shower and vanity.

Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay. For your shore excursions, the villa provides a few beach towels and two small beach chairs located outside the back door. For your entertainment needs, this cottage beach home includes a Smart TV with cable access and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Safety is a priority, with features such as smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit available for peace of mind. A pack n play is provided for the convenience of your family making travel to the island a bit easier.

Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, and Kiawah are just a short drive away. Nearby attractions include the Angel Oak Tree, St. Johns Kayaks and Tours, Deepwater Vineyards, The Goatery at Kiawah River, and the Charleston Tea Gardens—the oldest tea plantation in North America. Downtown historic Charleston is just a scenic 21-mile drive. Whether you are visiting Charleston for a horse & carriage ride, a tour of a historical home, shopping on King Street, world-class dining, a ghost tour, or perusing the markets or waterfront, there is something for everyone.

• BEACH: 0.5 miles away. Three beach towels and two small beach chairs are located outside the back door for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards are included with your stay at no extra charge (saving your family $55 per day). This offers full access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, tennis, and the Lakehouse facilities.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Only gas-powered LSV vehicles are permitted at this property. Electric LSVs are prohibited as there is no on-site charging capability. LSVs count towards the 2-vehicle limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome. A pack n play is provided on site.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000553.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A non-refundable fee of $69 applies for $1,500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Please note there is an outdoor security camera located on the front porch.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. A few beach towels are provided at the property, though regular beach towels are not included for bulk use (towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee maker and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. (BYO ground coffee for the carafe option or use the provided Keurig K-cups).

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night–179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles count as a vehicle and require a pass. Only gas-powered LSVs are permitted, as there is no place to charge them at the property. This property has a strict limit of 2 vehicle passes.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
