The house Is 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The kitchen and living room is one big room. The kitchen has all new appliances with a gas stove. Charleston has so much to offer. If you want to get out of town to go to beaches and plantations it is a very easy drive.

Wonderful, quiet and close to everything!

The home is absolutely wonderful - plenty of room, and the kitchen was my absolute favorite part! So tastefully updated. A few blocks from downtown King Street, but an easy walk and still lots of neat places close by to check out. We loved the privacy of the home, and how easy it was to check in and check out. It felt like a home away from home really. We will be back for sure, thank you!!

Excellent little house for a stay in Charleston

This house is perfect for two couples or a small family. The house is very clean, modern and has everything you need. It's a rear house so it's relatively quiet and semi-private. It has a nice little sitting area on the side where you can relax with a coffee or just for some fresh air. The owner is polite and responsive, and was even kind enough to ship me a bluetooth speaker that I left behind. Within walking distance there are a couple of places to get coffee, a shop that sells beer and other convenience items, and an organic food store up the road that sells groceries. The house isn't walking distance to the more active areas of downtown, but practically everything is a $5-10 Uber ride away. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect home! We (two adults and a 2-year old) spent four days here. Clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. The owner is attentive and available. It is set off the road ~ 30 feet beyond a gate and small private lot, lending it a quieter air devoid of significant street noise. Reasonably close to the historic downtown, although we had a car which made things easier with our young child. The famous Hominy Grill is two blocks away, and there are several good coffee shops on the block. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Carriage House in Downtown Charleston

Four of us stayed in this wonderful carriage house in downtown. The house was well decorated and had everything we needed. The house was also very clean! The furniture, including the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. The house is also in a great location where you can easily walk to local restaurants and to King and Meeting Streets. The owner always got back to us quickly with answers to our questions. We will definitely be back again!!!
