Amazing designer A frame floating home is right on Jantzen Beach, Portland, Oregon, with many shops and restaurants around also just a couple mins to the 5 freeway and minutes to Downtown Vancouver and Portland.
This is a furnished unit down to the dinner plates and bedding sets great for remote workers, traveling nurses or someone just want to get away for a extended period of time . Great for wildlife and watersport lovers with seals, birds, and salmon right in front of the property. You can also relax on your 80 sq/ft private patio with bbq grill and enjoy the sunrise and sunset everyday, living like you are always on vacation.
Free cleaning every 2 weeks.
Newly renovated with laundry in the foyer downstairs. Dedicated entry for privacy and peacefulness. Gated parking with remote entry.
Life on the water is a must try experience! A Kayak is also on the property for you to use! Must submit screening with the Moorage.
Min. term is 3 months.
