Blondie’s Place is located on the south (beach) side of 30A in the quaint village of Seagrove Beach. The condo is 200 yards from the beach at 145 Beachfront Trail, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. This renovated and professionally decorated 2 bedroom-2 bath condo is perfect for 2 couples and/or families - including those 4-legged fur baby family members (dogs only; large breeds like goldens & labs are welcome). The kitchen was completely renovated in November 2016 - new cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, including a Samsung convection oven and ceramic cooktop and a new Samsung large washer/dryer 4.2/7.5 cf stacked units in guest bedroom closet. The master bedroom features a Serta king pillowtop bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin size bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room – accommodating up to eight guests (only allow allow a max of 6 adults due to the bunk bed weight restrictions). The 2nd bathroom is accessed via the small hall outside the 2nd bedroom.

There are three HDTVs - a 40 inch HDTV in the living area and a 32 inch HDTV in each bedroom - as well as DVD players in each. There is a library of DVDs, wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) and a printer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, eating and drinking! The building does have an elevator as well.

Since 2014 we have made numerous upgrades/renovations to the condo including laminate floors throughout; remodeled master bath including a new bathtub/shower, vanity and toilet; updated guest bath includes new vanity and toilet; new air conditioning unit, and most recently the brand new kitchen and washer/dryer completes our upgrades.

The expansive south-facing balcony offers a gulf view and is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening while you watch the most amazing sunsets in the world! Open the doors and windows to feel the cool sea breeze and hear the crashing waves.

It’s just a few minute-200 yard stroll on a quiet side road to the white sugar sand of the beautiful Emerald Coast. There is a small cart available on the deck to haul your stuff to the beach, plus beach chairs. Soak up the sun, swim or use the 2 complimentary 1 person sea kayak/oars provided with your condo rental. Walk another 5 minutes to Deer Lake Wildlife Reserve, a natural undeveloped state park and amazing coastal habitat. After a day at the beach the community pool is perfect for a cool dip. You can also enjoy the 19 mile, paved bike path that leads you to neighboring communities like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, and Rosemary Beach.

Cleaning fee of $120 is added to all rentals (including weekly rentals); a small non-refundable pet fee is charged for 4 legged fur babies (dogs), but they are more than welcome and should also be able to come on vacation - including large breeds like labs and our favorites - golden retrievers!

We are a completely no smoking unit - both inside and on the balcony - must go downstairs if you want to smoke!

We know you will love Blondie's Place just as much as we and our golden retrievers Biscuit & Angie do - it is named after our oldest golden who passed in 2012!

Our calendar is kept up to date daily so what you see online is accurate!

We fell in love with this place due to the quiet nature of the 30A beach area and ease of walking 200 yards; our 2 current golden retrievers Biscuit & Angie love coming to the beach and so do we - it is named after our first golden Blondie, who passed in early 2012, just after her grand-daughter Baci left us. What makes this condo unique

View from large Gulf facing balcony; 2 complimentary sea kayaks (1 person) with wheels, beach chairs and small cart to haul beach items plus other free beach stuff; community pool; refurbished interior, warm, inviting atmosphere, all new furniture, new laminate floors; large dog friendly but must know they are coming before rental is booked (with non-refundable pet fee for 1-3 dogs depending on size); all rentals add $120 cleaning fee. wanted to first let you know how much we enjoyed Blondie's Place. It was great to be able to have our dogs there with us and it just felt like home. My wife got a bunch of pics of them enjoying their vacation as well.

We made good use of the kayak and the bikes. I have a feeling that this vacation is going to end up costing me another bit of money for one of those beachcomber style bikes. My wife fell in love with it. We discovered the 30A Popsicle place and I think that she biked up there most every day. She and the kids also biked over to Seaside one of the days. She biked back but I ended up putting the kids' bikes back into our Suburban :).

The sand on the beaches was great. We had a lot of fun with sandcastles and the like. It was quite a workout to haul our cart to and fro through the deep sand but it was good to burn a few calories before dinner! The weather held out for us. We got a slight sprinkle that looked a bit more forboding on Thursday (our last evening on the beach) but it ended up not being much at all. The wind from the storm kicked up some good waves which we all enjoyed. It also kicked up a lot of the green algae/seaweed stuff unfortunately. It was still good.

It was a great place to stay. Dog friendly and clean. All the necessities of home. It has a great porch to lounge on and the Santa Rosa Beach area is very nice and fun to explore.
