One of my favorite aspects of this neighborhood is its proximity to the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Complex, which features a recreation center, sports fields, trails, picnic areas, and a pool. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and pride of ownership, making it a welcoming place for visitors. ïżŒ
The home itself is situated on a spacious 0.36-acre lot, offering scenic views of nearby parks and green spaces. Its location provides a peaceful retreat while still being close to the vibrant energy of downtown Ocala. ïżŒ
