Please read and abide by the hot tub safety rules posted on two sides of the hot tub. Turn off jets, cover, and lock cover when finished using it.



No Unregistered Guests

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fee.



No Smoking or Vaping Indoors

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside. A Minut device monitors smoke and noise. Violations = $500 fee + eviction. Outdoor ashtrays are provided—please use them.



Pets by Approval Only

All pets must be listed in your reservation. No pets on furniture, and pets may not be left unattended. Unauthorized pets = $500 fee.



Pet Cleanliness Required

Pets must be fully housebroken. Pee pads are not permitted indoors. Guests must clean up after pets—waste left in the yard = $500 fee. A scooper + bags are provided in the garage.



No Illegal Substances

The use or possession of illegal drugs/substances is strictly prohibited.



No Parties or Events

Events and parties are not permitted. Violations = $1,000 fee + immediate cancellation without refund.



Minimum Age Requirement

Primary guest must be 21+ to book (per City of Indianapolis).



Do Not Tamper with Security/Wi-Fi Devices

Exterior cameras and Wi-Fi equipment must not be altered. Tampering = immediate cancellation.



To maintain the home’s cleanliness and professional condition, please do not use glitter, confetti, sequins, or any material that sheds or leaves residue (including decorations, crafts, or party supplies).

If any glitter or residue is found after checkout, a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning time and materials.



Guest Screening Required

We partner with Truvi to ensure a safe and compliant stay. The application must match the name of the primary guest, and the background check must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation per State and City regulations.
