This neighborhood is very centrally located, nestled between the south bay (Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach) and the West Side of Los Angeles (Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, Playa Vista).. With easy access to LAX and walking distance to excellent public transportation, this urban hideaway is perfectly situated for people visiting Los Angeles.

What makes this property unique

This property is brand new and the property is secluded on a private street and directly adjacent to a wonderful park with lots of green space. Excellent for families and dogs !
