This cozy one bedroom bungalow is a short walk to Swami’s and Moonlight beaches. It’s also a stone’s throw from the coastal rail trail and downtown Encinitas where you’ll find a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The bungalow has a sunny patio with tropical garden, comfortable seating and an outdoor shower. Peek-a-boo ocean views from the kitchen which is well equipped with convection microwave, stove, toaster oven, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. The living area has a dining table and smart TV and bedroom is nicely appointed with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and full bath with tub and shower. The unit also has a dedicated washer/dryer and bonus space that can be used as an office or exercise/yoga room. Beach towels and chairs also provided.

A peaceful retreat, this bungalow is the perfect home away from home for guests looking to relax and unwind. We know you’ll enjoy your stay! Please book 28 days or more.

The listing accurately mentioned a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and it was true! We could get a decent view of the sunset from our kitchen window, an even better one from just half a block up the hill, and of course Swami’s Beach is only about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The town of Encinitas with many shops and restaurants is 5-10 minutes away. The apartment was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with plenty of space for the two of us. The bonus room was great for our bikes. The patio space was another huge bonus! Lovely private space to sit and listen to the birds. We were worried that the train noise would be too loud, but it was actually kind of nice to hear, and not overly loud. SueAnn and Kevin were fabulous hosts, so considerate of our space and responding quickly to any questions we had. I can’t say enough good about this property and the owners. Fabulous!

We are lucky to live near the ocean. The neighborhood is friendly and we enjoy walking the coastal rail trail with our coffee in the morning. We frequent many good restaurants that are close by.
