Great neighborhood

Nice to be away from the resort but close enough to spend some time at them. We enjoyed walking to Los Pinos every morning for coffee and getting a small taste of what life is like in the Miramar neighborhood.

Miguel is the mastermind behind the interior decoration of the rentals and is in charge of maintaining the lush gardens. Plus, he has great stories from his hippie years in Puerto Rico. Lourdes is a retired French and Humanities professor, and your direct contact during your booking and stay.

What makes this property unique

The electrical service of the property is connected to LUMA, the local power company that provides this service in PR. In the event of a power outage we have solar panels and a battery backup that will provide power to the refrigerator, fans and the power outlets. Sporadic electrical interruptions are not under our control. If there is any interruption in service, please notify asap. However this event will not result in cancellation of the reservation or refund.
