Lovely apartment, well located, with an amazing view to the San Juan Bay Marina, small regional airport, Convention Center, Condado lagoon and Miramar area. You can watch Cruises arriving and departing, it's a beautiful experience!

The loft is fully equipped with three TVs, cable tv, free wi-fi, washer and dryer, all kitchen accessories, cooking hardware, central air conditioning, towels and bedding sets.

There is one King Bed, one Queen sofa bed, one small Futon, and a Queen air mattress with integrated air pump. Please be aware that the 5th guests will be sleeping in a twin size futon.

There is a reception service at the lobby, 24 hours, 7 days a week, with private access and two parking spaces.

For your safety there are cameras in entrance, lobby areas, elevators and parking spaces.

It is five minutes walking to the Escambrón Beach, nice area for everybody to get in one of our warm beaches, and La Ocho beach, ideal for surfing (beach chairs, beach towels and cooler available).

1.3 miles walking to the historic area of Old San Juan passing thru El Capitolio (house of laws) by the recently inaugurated "Paseo de Puerta de Tierra" with a wonderful ocean view .

One mile walking to the Condado Area passing thru the Parque Luis Muñoz Rivera, beautiful park, and Paseo Caribe where you can find some restaurants as Fogo de Chao, and El Mercado (where they offered free live music friday's evenings) and stores. You will also be close to the Caribe Hilton Hotel.

It's few steps from a Mexican Restaurant (El Charro), a carry out pizzeria, great Pizza!, a caribbean food restaurant (Armonia), chinese cuisine (Cathay), and the most famous hamburger icon in Puerto Rico, "EL HAMBURGUER". Also there are 3 convenient stores by the gas stations nearby.
