It's a brand new serviced apartment building with about 14 units. No breakfast included and there is no inhouse restaurant. There are many eateries within 3 minutes walk. Each unit contains kitchenette with induction stove. Bathroom includes heated (Japanese) toilet seat (very appropriate during cold winter days) and overhead heater! Shower is in a full size bathtub. It is not suitable for elderly guests thought. Unfortunately, there isn't a shower curtain and the bathroom floor will be wet after the shower. Mattress is comfortable but slightly too firm. And sometimes squeaky. Wifi is fast and you can use the smart TV to view YouTube although TV channels are limited. There is a shared washing machine and dryer just outside the main door of the unit. I suggest there should be a notice to advise guests not to use the washing machines after 11pm so as not to disturb the peace of the neighbouring units! There is a slight problem to locate the building. It is about 50 meters from the main road but along a small side street. The exact address doesn't show up on Google Map. The daytime reception manager Andy speaks good English and is always willing to help. There is a night-shift guard who is polite but he speaks no English. Use Google Translate to communicate. Overall I would like to recommend this apartment highly because it's value for money. However it may not be suitable for tourists who are in Hanoi only for a few days as the location is not near old quarters
