Fifth Floor Condo With Great Views of the Atlantic Ocean!

Come enjoy this two bedroom and two bathroom condominium with wonderful ocean views!

The Kitchen is on the right upon entering this penthouse-level condo and features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry! The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and living areas and boasts seating for six guests.

The Primary Bedroom consists of a King Bed with Flat Screen TV. There is a bonus vanity also, in addition to the en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of all modern amenities including a custom tiled tub and shower combination.

The Nautically-Themed Guest Bedroom consists of Two Twin beds and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is similar in style to the master bathroom. The living room boasts comfortable seating, an HDTV and slider access to your own private ocean view balcony.

The Barrington Court Community has its own year-round Heated Pool and Hot Tub, along with Charcoal Grills for guest use. Barrington Court also includes covered parking. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in less than 5 minutes!

don't stay at 516 Barrington

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely disappointed with 516 Barrington when we arrived the unit was dirty and beaten up. The rugs were stained, couch was stained and dirty vent in Kitchen was dirty and rusty, Bathroom tub in master was chipped and dirty.. I have pictures of this and we will not rent this condo and are disappointed in staff since the writeup was misleading

Couldn’t get the master bedroom TV to work properly. The under building parking was good with spaces easy to park in and always available.We did like the towel package they left for us. Overall would recommend it.

Very nice, plenty of space for four adults, very clean, lovely beach view, and had everything we needed. Barrington is toward the back of the resort but no problem getting in and out. This was our first time at Palmetto Dunes and we loved it. The only thing we did not like was the pool - the area was nice but the pool itself was very warm and not refreshing at all. Growing up in Florida, I know how hot weather can make pools warmer but I never felt a pool that hot. We went primarily for the beach but would have liked to enjoy the pool too. Other than that, a perfect stay. Always an available space in the garage which was great and we had two cars. Overall Palmetto Dunes was beautiful with great amenities. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the golf courses. We will be back!

The fifth floor unit we stayed in needs a new king mattress badly and one of the numbers on the keypad didn’t work reliably- so we had to fiddle around at the door every time.

Reviewer Comments: the water in both bathroom showers did not have any water pressure when we checked in. The next morning someone came to fix but still minimal water pressure. Closet in master bedroom was off its track and the maintenance man struggle to fix so we let it go. the windows of the door wall of master bedroom and main living area were so filthy you could barely see. I did clean them with window cleaner and grime cleaner that I had brought. washing machine never emptied on its spin cycle so we had to run a spin cycle a couple of times the same with the dryer to get clothes and towels dry

Bad Exprience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful, our rental condo was a disaster. The unit was in need of a complete gutting and remodel. We had to have the disposal in the kitchen replaced as it was leaking and warped the cabinet base under the sink. Many of the cabinet doors in the bathrooms and kitchen were hung crooked or coming off their hinges. The washing machine stopped working the day before we left so we couldn’t do laundry. It appears as though nothing has been done to this unit since it was originally constructed, other than new kitchen appliances. The unit was on the 5th floor of a 5 story building and the only elevator in the building stopped working in the middle of our 4 week stay. It was not repaired when we left. We did address our issues with the Palmetto Dunes rental agency and did get a partial refund, but our overall experience was not good. We will not come back to this property.

Reviewer Comments: While the view was great, and some updating had been done, there were no safety bars, or grab bars in either of the older jacuzzi tubs. There is a non skid surface on the bottom of the tubs, but it is old and the tubs can be slippery with nothing to hold on to. The chair at the desk is wobbly and we felt we could not use it. The master bedroom carpet really needs to be replaced.

Nice Condo but management company unresponsive to issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice accommodations and great view. Overall I would stay in the same place again. Had an issue with bathroom lights not working. Maintenance guy shows up two day after I called and says they need to order the special bulbs so there was barely any light in the master bathroom the entire stay. Also the patio door handle was totally loose and had some half baked repair attempted which was actually dangerous. Contacted maintenance about that after the handle finally broke off and no one ever responded. If I was this condo owner I would be complaining about the lack of responsiveness for basic repairs.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

Great location! Our family has stayed at many places in Palmetto Dunes over the years but this was our first time in Barrington Court. It is located next to other similar sized condo buildings so the beaches were nice and not overly crowded. Parking was never an issue either. The condo decor was pretty and contained everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
