This is a lovely, one bedroom accommodation. All appliances are updated, the kitchen is lovely. We had a problem with hot water the first day, but the manager had it taken care of in two hours! Very responsive!

Very comfortable place for two. Property manager very responsive to questions. Only one major issue which was addressed: broken water heater. It was known issue prior to my renting and wasn’t fix. Was not disclosed prior to renting. Did not have hot water for first couple days. Property manager had me try resetting heater several times. Offered to move us to a different property but in a different town. Sent a repair person over and luckily, it was a thermostat. Was offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Even a one day rental reimbursement would have been great. Minor issue: broken fire hydrant right near the driveway. Wasn’t even attached. A safety issue as it is very heavy and could topple over causing damage to anything near it.
