The space
This space is perfect for a single traveler or a couple looking for a comfortable 1-2 night stay. It features a queen size foam mattress, all new furniture, a microwave, a personal heater, a mini fridge, hand towels, soaps, and toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Please note that there is NO SHOWER in this room, however, we provide extra amenities such as body wipes, face wipes, and oral hygiene products for your convenience. This room is designed to be an affordable option for those just passing through, so we do not allow stays longer than 2 nights.

Welcome to our home! You'll be able to access your private room through the back door via Driveway gate. Once you enter, you'll find a separate door for your room. Your room occupies the entire first floor and is completely private, while the upper floors are reserved for other rooms. Inside, you'll find a cozy and chic space to make your own. We also offer the convenience of a private entrance and parking in the attached garage. And if you're in need of some fresh air, you're welcome to enjoy the backyard area during your stay.

Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a clean and sanitized environment. - We use a thorough cleaning process before and after each check-out.
- Hydrogen peroxide multi-purpose cleaner for our cleaning
- High-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and faucets are cleaned and disinfected with scent-free Clorox wipes.

★ GARAGE ACCESS ★
2-car tandem garage is available for you to use with a level-2 EV charger. Since this is a tandem garage, it is a narrow fit but can adequately fit two cars as needed. Oversized vehicles may not fit, and it will be better to park on the street!

★ PARKING ★
- Exclusive garage access to this room only
- Free street parking is available directly in front and is usually quicker.
