Overall this is a nicely updated property and we enjoyed our stay. Pros: fairly priced, easy check in/out process, clean, comfortable mattresses, close to the beach roughly a 10 minute walk, restaurants within walking distance, quiet neighborhood/felt safe walking at night, nice porch for sitting, washer/dryer available, nicely stocked kitchen. Cons: air conditioner filters were dirty, no screens in the windows, damp/musty, mold on the shower curtain, parking is first come first serve & if not available it’s meter parking.

The two rooms plus bathroom were clean and prepared for use. The host was accommodating when a heavy costal storm prevented an on-time arrival. Laundry was an added plus - especially if you have children. The stove looks good but needs some attention since at least two burners were not heating enough for cooking. The location is close to the ocean - three blocks. The neighbors partied into 3 am my last night there. So I recommend with Some reservations. Thank you
