Check in was not smooth. We received the code prior to arriving. We tried multiple times to get access. Finally we called the rental company and were told “well we forgot to tell you that you had to push an additional button to get in.” There was no welcome packet, no pool access card. There were stains on master carpet, hair in the shower. Lastly, the noise from the interstate was significant and made it hard to sleep. Living room was oddly arranged. The couch was so far away from the cocktail take you could not reach it.
