Squires House - Viste da Naramata a Okanagan Beach a Penticton!

La nostra casa si trova alla fine di una strada no-through ed è molto privata su un terreno di 1,5 ettari. La suite disponibile al piano terra è una spaziosa sala da 1500 piedi quadrati della Adobe Style House. Ha una splendida vista sul lago Okanagan da Lake Shore Drive di Penticton a Naramata. L'area principale del layout aperto comprende la cucina con frigorifero in acciaio inossidabile, la gamma in acciaio inossidabile, un forno a microonde e una lavastoviglie Bosch silenziosa. Sala da pranzo ha un tavolo e sedie in rovere antico rettangolare. Il soggiorno include una TV da 50 pollici. con 5 DVD Stereo System, un divano in pelle e un divano in finta pelle scamosciata con sedili reclinabili. Pavimenti in sughero e parquet in tutto. Ampia sala d'ingresso ha un sacco di spazio per biciclette, mazze da golf, ecc ... Aria condizionata. Le porte scorrevoli conducono fuori dalla sala anteriore su un grande ponte 14 'x 23' che si affaccia sulla città. Puoi guardare l'annuale Challenge Penticton (precedentemente Ironman) fare il triathlon nella sua interezza dal mazzo.

We had such a great stay at The Squire’s House in Penticton. The apartment was clean and cozy and we really enjoyed the character of the place. We’d recommend staying here to anyone!

Review

We enjoyed this spacious, cozy home away from home. It was well stocked with everything we needed from entertainment to a full kitchen (with dishes, not food). The view was spectacular and it was close to both great hiking trails and town. The owners were lovely and helpful. We hope to go back in the summer when we can enjoy the awesome deck.

Beautiful Okanagan

It is a wunderful place with an beautiful view to the lake! But because it was very hot at the beginning of our stay we could not use the terrasse very often. Louise and her husband are very friendly hosts and helpful in case you need any help. The only thing what would be fine with the heat would be another air conditioning in the second bedroom.we enjoyed out stay Veto mich !

Relaxing Home Base

We've stayed at this property twice now, and both times it has been the absolute best home base for our family vacation. The space is clean, cool, and has everything you need to feel at home. Add to that the lovely gazebo overlooking the lake and quiet nights away from the town, and it couldn't be better. The owners have been more than accommodating, including helping us out and going above and beyond when we had a booking mix-up on our end. If we travel back to Penticton, this is our 1st choice every time.

Beautiful views overlooking the lake. Lots of space for a 4 adults, 2 infants and 2 dogs. Very friendly hosts. Great to have a pet-friendly rental in such a beautiful part of Canada.

Family Trip

This lovely property provided my family and I a wonderful home base during our stay. Pictures didn't do justice to the beautiful view off the gazebo, and the privacy of the suite was lovely during our evenings. A very short drive had us in Penticton every day for the activities the area provided, but being able to leave the busy beaches and reset back "home" was truly valuable for our group.

Amazing lake & mountain view!

Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful, there for anything we needed but so careful to ensure our privacy, and very kindly let us bring our furry family along. The property is spacious, well appointed, comfortable, has amazing views, wildlife, plentiful off-street parking and is located in a peaceful neighbourhood. It's a very unique spot. We had the feeling of being away from it all as we watched the lights of town twinkling at night yet it was only a 5:00 drive to get pretty much anywhere in Penticton. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely house and great view.

Lovely house with easy access. The owners were very friendly and gave us a tour of the house and garden. The bedrooms were very quiet. The location between Summerland and Penticton was excellent and made it easy to make trips to both locations. Also the view was indeed truly amazing The only negative we noted was the noise level of the highway between Summerland and Penticton, which made sitting outside less pleasant..

Great Location!

The owners live on site and welcomed us at our site! Gave us a great introduction to the location and things to do in the Penticton area. This place is as advertised....great views with everything we needed in our place to enjoy the stay. The owners are a great couple and were easy to talk with.

Fantastic all around!

It was all that it was advertised and more. Our group of five were extremely comfortable and at home. Nothing better to making a cup of coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise over the lake. We made good use of the BBQ and the kitchen to eat at home. We absolutely adored our stay and would certainly rent it again when we return to the Okanagan!

Excellent location and home

Lovely home with lovely owners. Excellent location for families wanting to quickly get to the beach. (5 min to Okanagan, 10 min to Skaha). Very clean and perfect setup for vacation. Even the smoke couldn't ruin our great time. Highly recommended.

We (Randy and Louise) have been together for over 30 years. We were married while floating down the Penticton River Channel in 1991. We have a daughter who lives with her husband and their daughter in Summerland (12 min. North). We also have a daughter who lives in Peachland (30 min. North). Her husband has his own Dental Practice in Summerland and they have 3 children.

The moment we saw this property for sale we knew we had to have it. The views are stunning. From the moment the Sun comes up over the mountains across the lake, until it finally slips over the hills behind you, your day can include it all. Look across the lake and pick out some of the Wineries you want to visit. There are 40 plus Wineries within a 20 min. drive! There are over 120 Wineries in the region! We are more than willing to give you a tour if needed. You have a lake on each end of the city with beautiful sandy beaches. There are 3 different picnic areas and boat launch just minutes away.
