Welcome to Sundial East O306, a beautifully situated Gulf-front corner condo where the natural beauty of Sanibel Island meets the comfort and convenience of home. Enjoy breathtaking 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico, a spacious wrap-around private balcony, and easy access to the beach. Keep an eye out for dolphins, seabirds, and stunning sunsets right from your balcony!

The Space:
This bright and inviting two-bedroom, two-bath condo with an open den is comfortably furnished for a relaxing Sanibel Island getaway.
• Gulf-front corner unit with unobstructed 180-degree water views
• Expansive private wrap-around balcony
• 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + open den (den does not have a door)
• Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
• Bright, open living and dining area perfect for relaxing and gathering
• Thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable coastal style

Awesome location, beautiful view, we had a wonderful stay. Umbrella and beach chairs were adequate for our family of four. We bought an additional umbrella and it worked perfectly for us. This unit is literally overlooking the beach.

The location was wonderful!! The view was beautiful. So glad to see Sanibel doing well.The condo was dirty. The refrigerator was dirty, the pillows on the coach were gross!! The comforter on ALL the beds were very dirty with stains and spots.The master bath was filthy!! I had to clean before using. The smoke detector was beeping so I just took it down. The in closet safe was also not working. The drapes in the living room were horrible, they kept falling off the rod. I’m sorry to have to write all this because the place could be really nice. But it was gross. I told the property manager but not sure if they did anything. Nothing was done while we were there.
