We have several trailers available with AC and room for your boat to be parked in the same lot while you sleep. Fenced in compound with deck to clean your fish and catch gar while cleaning your catch. Each trailer has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With washer and dryer.

My dad, my brother, and I are from Houston, TX. We came to Venice for the same reason as everyone else...to catch a lot of fish and for good times. We have been slowly renovating the compound and are far from done. But we want to offer a place for others like us to come rest after making memories in this great town. Why they chose this property

We chose this place because we saw potential for a great rugged get away for us. we love to have fun while catching everything from yellow fin tuna and red snapper to big bull reds and trout.

What makes this property unique

We are a quick 10-minute ride from Venice marina with Elzey's gas station and Who Dat bait shop along the way for convenient gearing up for the water. Also, a 2 min drive from hospital bay with Adam's gas station in route as well. Dollar General is another 1.5 miles from us in case you forget something and need a quick purchase like toothbrush, soap, etc.
