The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
For your 11am checkout, please be sure to turn all lights & televisions off, leave remotes in a visible place.
Please remember to remove the gate remote from your car. (If the remote is not returned you will be charged a $100 replacement fee.)
All used towels place on the floor in the bathrooms. Please remove all trash from unit am place it in the garbage bin outside of the unit. Please remember to close to the gate once your leave out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
