Recently renovated house in Groton Long Point. An active summer beach community and quiet off season retreat. 4 large bedrooms, large eat-in Kitchen, Dining Rm, Living Rm w/gas fireplace, Den/playroom & cozy sunporch. Full bath has large walk-in shower. House has AC, outdoor BBQ grill, outdoor shower (seasonal). Dock & swimming within steps. 100 yds to Boat launch. (Dock space is not part of the rental but may be requested for additional cost and depends on availability). Walk or bike to beaches, yacht club events, tennis/pickleball courts, fishing, boating, sailing. Nearby rentals for paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Several great golf courses all within 10-20 mins and more are available with a longer drive. Plus 15-20 mins to the casinos! Or just enjoy cool breezes sitting on the porch sipping your coffee while enjoying sunrise or an adult beverage at sunset. Dinner al fresco? So much to do and see, all within minutes... Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Downtown Mystic shopping, eating... soooo many restaurants! Mystic Bascule Bridge, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos

About the host

This house has been in our family for nearly a century. Mom lived here year round until she passed in 2023. Her wish was for us to continue enjoying this special place. Now 3 of us share the house but with our family’s busy schedules, it’s not always being used. So to help defray some of the cost, we decided to share it with other folks too. We hope you enjoy this place as much as we all do!

What makes this property unique
Our property has the best of all worlds. You can do anything here… swim boat fish sun surf sand tennis pickleball bocce or whatever other outdoor activity you can think of. Its at the beach but also in the middle of a great area for shopping, sightseeing and sooo many restaurants!! Whatever your in the mood for, its near here! 10 mins to Mystic Seaport or Mystic Aquarium… 10 mins to train or airport…15-20 to Casinos
