Super schönes Haus in toller Umgebung !!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal eine Überwinterung im Süden ausprobiert und waren von Januar bis Februar 2023 in dem Ferienhaus und waren begeistert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall in der Zukunft wieder im Süden überwintern und waren schon traurig als wir nach ca 2 Monaten wieder Richtung Heimat fahren mußten..... Das Haus ist zwar etwas einfach und schlicht eingerichtet aber Luxus wollten wir ja auch nicht haben. Es hatte alles was wir zum Wohlfühlen brauchten. Schön für uns war auch, dass sehr sehr viele deutsche Fersehprogramme zu empfangen waren, sodass wir es uns abends vor dem Fernsehr gemütlich gemacht haben. Der kleine "Innenhof"/Garten und die Terrasse hat Süd-West-Lage und ist windgeschützt. So hatten wir Sonne von 9.00 (Frühstücken draußen auf der Terasse) bis sie um 18.00 hinter einem Haus verschwand. Selbst bei 13/14 Grad war es in der Sonne angenehm warm. Das Zentrum von Garrucha ist ca 2 km entfernt und der Ort ist wirklich so wie wir uns das gewünscht haben. Im Ortskern selber wohnen überwiegend die Einwohner des Ortes und es ist sehr viel Ursprünglichkeit da ohne dass hier Bettenhochburgen oder ähnliches zu finden ist. Also von Massentourismus keine Spur. (Wie es in den Sommermonaten dort ist können wir natürlich nicht sagen....) In dem kleien Fischerhafen ist ein sehr schönes Lokal direkt am Wasser/Booten wo wir bei schönem Wetter jeden Tag haben ausklingen lassen. An den Rändern der Stadt sind dann die Urbanisationen für die Urlauber entstanden; aber hier wurde auf Hochhäuser oder ähnliches verzichtet. Als Verwalter des Hauses war Steve tätig, der auch immer sofort bei Fragen zur Stelle war. Erwähnen möchten wir aber auch, wie sehr die Vermieterin Carina sich um alles gekümmert hat. Bei Fragen oder Problemen bekamen wir umgehend eine Antwort und man konnte spüren, dass es für sie sehr wichtig ist, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen....Dafür noch mal herzlichen Dank Carina !!!

Gracias a Steve por su amabilidad y su atencion. Vera playa es un ambiete residencial que para ir en familia como fuimos nos parecio increble y muy recomendable. La localizacion perfecta porque como maximo teniamos una hora de viaje a cualquier cala o playa. Si alguien quiere pasar un verano tranquilo y disfrutando de las playas y buen tiempo, esta zona es ideal.

Nice property, but getting a bit tired

Everything that you need, almost. The property is well situated to enjoy the attractions of Puerto Rey and Pueblo Laguna. It has most of what you need to have a pleasant stay through the warmer months, but is a little cold during the winter months. We acquired an oil filled radiator, which the owner purchased from us at the end of our stay, so that problem should be resolved. In fairness, when there were problems, Carena was very quick to resolve them. If you are going during the warmer months of the year, you will have a good time here!

Sehr schönes, sauberes, 3-stöckiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzi (2 davon mit Balkon), 3 Bäder, und grosser Terrasse vorm Eingang! Geschirr und Gläser, Kochutensilien usw alles ausreichend vorhanden! WiFi, deutsches Programm auf 2 TV. 20m zum Pool, 30m zum Spielplatz - alle Kinder waren happy! Sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt zu Vermieter (via Mail/SMS) und Verwalter vor Ort. Einziges (kleines) Manko: In die Garage ist es sehr schwer bis unmöglich einzuparken. Gerne wieder :-)

Très belle maison ,bien équipée,de très bonnes prestations,garage avec accés directement à la maison en plus mise à disposition de vélos.C'est très sympas.Les propriétaires sont à l'ecoute des locataires.Nous avons eu un très bonne accueil .Une piscine superbe dans un cadre bien entretenu,une maison spacieuse et très bien agencée,avec une bonne literie .Pour nous un endroit et une maison que nous aimerions relouer l'année prochaine.

Brilliant holiday!!!

It was the first time for us in Spain. We travel a lot and thought that some of our stays are unbeatable. But we were wrong! What an amazing holiday we had! The complex is very well maintained the pools crystal clear. We have been there for 4 weeks starting from june and we had for almost 3 weeks pools only for us! Even after that only few properties were occupied so we could enjoy quiet holiday all the time (well besides our kids screaming :). For the first time the property had all things we need. Starting from kitchen which is very well equipped ending with all kinds of equipment for beach (even toys for kids). The bicycles are handy as well for small shoppings in the evening or just for relaxing cycling across the beaches. Now beaches - well actually is one never-ending beach. What suprised me was that anywhere we went to the beach it was very clean no rubbish flying around. The sea temperature was very pleasant as well. Since its open sea it was windy all the time we were there. Besides few days when it was too rough we find it perfect since we like jumping in waves and swimming on them and they were quite big most of the time. Surroundings are building up but thats everywhere we went or stayed. What it find quite unbelievable is how the garage is build. With a bigger combi you can only back up in the garage and then back up all the way up from the garage and it has hard corners and the gate closes like 3 seconds after opening and not passing through. So till you open it get in the car and position it so you can get through backing up its already closing. But its still better to put the car there as to leave it on the direct sun. Besides that we were more than happy with the property. Lots of space around and in the house, comfy beds, perfectly working internet which is essential for me and aircons & vents to cool down at night. Overall magnificent holidays. I might even think about booking it for next year! Thank you very much to make your holiday unforgettable+++++

Relaxing holiday

Balconies are on the sunny side. It was also nice to have your own attached carage. Location is good if you are interested in visiting Cabo De Gata. Stunning views on the beach road towards Cabo De Gata. We recommend also visiting Mojacar. Biking was also fun on the coast.

Vacaciones realmente de primera, vale que la zona tuvo mucho que ver en ello, buenas playas, lugares y poblaciones cercanas dignas de conocerse........ Y la casa donde estuvimos, tambien de primera, muy bien situada, sitio de sobra para cuatro que eramos, una piscina fantastica, todas las comodidades que se pueden tener, muy limpio todo al llegar. En contacto por email con los propietarios, lo que te da una cercania y confianza increible, tratamiento exquisito.Gracias. Que mas decir? Si en alguna ocasion pensamos voler por la zona, sera al mismo sitio.

Très belle maison située dans une residence magnifique a deux pas de la piscine L intérieur est très propre et tres bien agencé Les propriétaires très a notre écoute, bref tout est parfait!! La mer est a deux pas ainsi que de magnifiques petites villes comme Mojacar Nous avons passé de superbes vacances et decouvert l Andalousie qui est magnifique et ou il faut toujours beau Je reviendrais sans aucune hésitation... Si quieres descanso, es un sitio ideal.

Es un triplex muy recomendable, luminoso y limpio. Tiene muy cerca la playa y, la piscina justo enfrente, es un lujazo. Muy recomendable para familias porque los espacios son amplios,y no necesitas llevar nada porque está muy bien equipado. Con la descripción que se da en el anuncio tienes la información exacta de como es el apartamento y sus instalaciones. La propietaria es amable e informa de todo lo que necesites saber.

IDEALE POUR LES FAMILLES

Jolie maison mitoyenne, très bien équipée, propre et neuve. Le logement est très fonctionnel. La literie est impeccable. Des vacances les pieds dans l'eau. Cadre magnifique. Beaucoup d'animations le soir à Garrucha qui se trouve à 2 minutes en voiture et surtout il faut visiter Mojacar petit village blanc très typique. De bonnes vacances passées dans ces lieux qui est l'Andalousie où la chaleur, le beau temps règnent tous les jours.

Cette maison offre de très bonnes prestations (3 belles chambres, plusieurs terrasses équipées, immense garage avec accès direct à l'appartement, ... piscine bien entretenue, ...) Très confortable et propre. La mer est à 2 pas, la plage immense, les commerces sont à proximité. Les propriétaires très sympa et soucieux de notre confort. On y retournera !!

Mi experiencia al alquilar esta casa ha sido fantastica. Todo ha ido perfecto , la casa , la zona y la playa . Todo es tal y como sus propietarios detallan . Lo unico en contra fue la fecha , aunque el tiempo fue fantastico no habia mucho ambiente por las noches y al llevar hijos adolescentes , no tenian mucha diversion. Pero todo lo demas perfecto , para volver a repetir .

Hemos pasado 10 días muy buenos.La casa es tal y como figura en el anuncio y bien equipada. Son 3 habitaciones muy cómodas una de ellas con baño,situadas en la parte superior de la casa. En la planta baja cocina , comedor y un aseo. Lo mejor de la casa las terrazas y el porche, cuando en la parte delantera daba el sol , disfrutábamos de la trasera. Ademas de estar frente de la piscina esta situada a 5 min. andando a la playa, en una zona muy tranquila, estupenda para relajarse y desconectar. Dispone de algunos comercios y parada de autobús al lado. Los alrededores son muy bonitos y merece la pena conocer sitios como Garrucha, Mojacar, etc.. También quiero resaltar la amabilidad de Susana y Trevor, que se preocuparon en todo momento para que nuestra estancia fuera buena. Espero repetir mi visita

VACACIONES VERA SEPTIEMBRE 2010

Para todo aquel que tenga dudas sobre esta propiedad, puedo decir que pasamos 11 dias en Septiembre (17 al 28) y fue todo de maravilla. Era la primera vez que ibamos de alquiler de vacaciones y teniamos un poco de miedo que nos engañaran(al realizar los tramites todo a traves de correo eléctronico y con tanto fraude a traves de internet), en este sentido todo lo que nos dijo la propietaria cuando contactamos con ella, era verdad y no hubo ningún tipo de problema, todo sobresaliente. Sobre la casa puedo deciros que son 4 plantas, desde el garaje(el garaje posiblemente para dos vehiculos de tamaño mediano). 1ª Salon, cocina y baño. 2ª Dos habitaciones (1 de dos camas de 90 y otra con sofa cama para dos personas) y un baño completo. 3ª Una habitación con cama de matrimonio 1,35 y baño completo en el interior de la misma. Ademas todas las habitaciones tienen ventilador y aire acondicionado( muy importante porque hace calor). En frente al salir parada de Autobus y supermercado. Después en Garrucha, Vera o Puerto Rey hay varios supermercados MERCADONA con todo tipo de productos.El sitio muy tranquilo para relajarse y desconectar. La playa a 5 minutos andando y enorme, si os sirve de referencia por si habeis mirado otros lugares para quedaros, el Apartahotel MEXICO esta al lado. Restaurantes de todo tipo hay en Vera, pero lo mas cercano es Garrucha a 2 kilometros aproximadamente.Para finalizar solamente mencionar el buen trato recibido por TREVOR Y SUSANA(personas que nos entregaron las llaves), siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier tipo de problema que por suerte no tuvimos. Espero que este comentario en español os sirva a todos aquellos que no entendemos idiomas. Si lo recomendaria a un familiar o amigo, sin dudarlo.
