A budget stay, not bad but not good.
We did not receive check in instructions, we arrived and had to wait for a text code. Cigarette butts everywhere around the outside ot the house.Laundry was left in washer when we arrived so we moved it over becuase those were all the towels.Neighborhood is type where you leave your light on outside. Nestled inside a neighborhood.Front door needs a wall protector as someone previously busted the wall in with the handle it appears.AC on 2nd night stopped working, got up to 85 before I opened all the doors at 6am. Wish they would have offered a partial refund due to the AC as that was not fun, especially for a family of 4. Looks like system is poorly maintained. No checkout instructions at all. Should have stayed at a hotel this time.
