The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a little tight for 3 people, and having to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom can be awkward, but it worked well for an overnight stay. The location was quiet and great for access to Broadway plays and restaurants.
Our family of 4 had a good stay at this apartment in March. Location was ideal, communication with host was great. Apartment was small, but that's expected for NYC. Bathroom needed some repairs (shelf over the toilet was broken), but overall our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend this unit to others.
The location is perfect while visiting NYC! It has a fun bar connected to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and exactly what we needed for our Christmas trip! We will definitely stay here next time when we visit NYC!
The location was very convenient and the building was unique. The room was sufficient, but we were expecting it to be larger given that 4 people could have been staying in it. The bathroom was very small and the sink water did not get hot. We notified the front desk of a few issues and they responded quickly to the ones they could. Given that it is NYC the size was not surprising but the overall quality could be improved for the price per night.
Alex was always very quick to respond if I had a question. The building the apartment was in was beautiful. It was a great size for my party of 4 and very centrally located for the things that we were doing on the trip. Absolutely recommend staying here.
Amazing location! Perfectly located a block from Times Square! It was a cute 2 room apartment in a safe neighborhood only seconds away from the action of NYC! The manager was very quick to respond to any questions through the VRBO app. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again.
Mainly a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable. I found the room overall very peaceful and perfect for a short stay in the city. Location was awesome and felt very secure.
Great 2 bedroom, very clean and the mini fridge and pod coffee maker was a bonus

The room was clean and beds were good, however there was no hot water in the sink, a shelf was missing in the bathroom, there were holes in the bathroom doors. The lounge furniture where you stow luggage upon early arrivals, was so wobbly and unsafe. The communication was not very good.
Location is great for getting around. Communication was good and was needed after a challenging time just getting to NYC. Building & rooms were as described.
Alex is amazing at communicating and was quick to reply

Our stay in Midtown Manhattan was a true New York experience. The location was unbeatable — walking distance to just about everything, which made exploring the city effortless. Having plenty of nearby parking options was a huge plus, especially in such a busy area.
The space itself was compact, as expected for the city, but functional for our needs. The only downside was the condition of some of the furniture, particularly the couch, which was noticeably worn and in need of replacement. Fortunately, we spent most of our time out enjoying the city, so it didn’t impact our overall experience too much.
All in all, a solid stay in the heart of Manhattan — convenient, authentic, and full of that classic NYC energy.

The communication with the owner was good and the location can’t be beat. When we arrived the room was a little cold so we asked for some extra blankets and they were brought promptly. Our chief complaint was that there was no hot water which is a big inconvenience for four people. They said it was the boiler and no explanation was given as to when it would be repaired. The owner agreed to give us a discount because of this which we had to haggle about and then they asked that we not review the property. We ended up getting a partial refund through the insurance we bought.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The water was undrinkable, you couldn't even rinse your toothbruth in it because it had a terrible chemical smell and taste. We ended up having to buy bottled water for the entire stay. The room itself was clean but dilapitated, hole in the floor in the bathroom, doors that had the mirror cracked, doors with unfinished knobs. The A/C was dirty. I was very disappointed since the pictures were nice and the reviews were so good..it was more like a 5 or 6, defininantly not a 10 or even anywhere near a 9 or 8.. I would not stay here again.
