Enjoy direct access to Lake Hamilton with a private boardwalk and dock—perfect for fishing, swimming, or docking up to a 26ft boat or jet skis. Take in spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the balcony or boardwalk. The fenced backyard offers extra space to relax or play. Just minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Casino & Live Racing, and top shopping and dining spots. Parking for 3 vehicles plus space for a boat trailer.

This two-story retreat features 2 spacious upstairs bedrooms, 3 total beds, and 3 full bathrooms (including one on the main level). Each bedroom includes a private ensuite with essentials, and the master boasts a whirlpool tub and private patio. You'll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

​​​​​​​*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We were very happy with the property and enjoyed all the area had to offer. Would love to make a return trip earlier in the year to take in a day of racing as well as cooler hiking temps. House has a great layout and location, we would highly recommend.
