You step into the elevator and arrive at the third floor. As the door to Best Kept Secret swings open, you aren’t greeted by a "rental"—you’re greeted by a home. The air is cool, the granite countertops in the kitchen catch the light, and the brand-new furniture invites you to finally sit down and breathe.
But it’s the sound that pulls you toward the balcony.
You slide the glass door open and there it is: the rhythmic, peaceful rippling of LeConte Creek just below. You realize you are in the heart of downtown, yet you feel like you've discovered a hidden sanctuary. To your left, the peaks of the Great Smoky Mountains stand tall, draped in morning mist or the golden glow of a Tennessee sunset.
By day, you are an adventurer. You walk 200 yards to the National Park entrance for a morning hike, or you cross the street to catch the Tram up to Ober Gatlinburg for a day on the slopes. You spend your afternoons browsing the shops on the Strip, popping back to the condo for a quick lunch in your fully stocked kitchen because you’re that close to the action.
