The space
Situated in one of the most popular, sought-after neighbourhoods in London, my spacious and luxurious home is the perfect accommodation for your visit. The gorgeous living room boasts plenty of natural light, wooden flooring and unique artwork and trinkets. I love unwinding with a glass of wine here and I'm sure you will to!
The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed so you'll have a perfect night's sleep. There's also a bathtub just opposite the bed so you can enjoy a cosy hot bath after a long day of experiencing the sights and sounds of London! We will provide the fluffy towels and body wash. The second bedroom boasts a king size bed that can accommodate 2 people plus a single bed that can accommodate a third as the room is a large room.
My favourite part of the flat is the private outdoor courtyard. It's a tranquil haven that offers a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of London. A book and a cup of warm tea is all you need.
My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay and features a tablet that has all the instructions for the flat and recommendations for the area! I can also assist in booking discount Theatre & London attractions tickets and more - just ask!

We really loved the neighborhood this flat was in. Easy access to Victoria station, easy walk to a grocery store and lots of great local restaurants. The flat it self was comfortable and nicely appointed. Would stay there again.
We really loved this place, from the location to the attention to detail inside and artistic touch. Very nice and clean and we really liked having the private entrance.
We loved making this apartment our home for nearly a week. It was tranquil, well appointed, with loads of space to spread out and relax. The location was a dream, with the local shops as well as a main tube station so nearby.
The interior courtyard was a real highlight at the end of a long day out. We had very easy and prompt communication with Carlos. Would be thrilled if we could one day return.
What a great location and spacious flat. My family and I very much enjoyed the accessibility, you can easily walk to the underground or national rail at Victoria Station, you can also easily walk to iconic sites such as Westminster or Harrods! All in all this was a very good stay!

The flat was very clean, large, and in a wonderful location. There were lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance as well as an easy walk to Victoria station for train and tube transportation. Unfortunately, we had intermittent problems with the water heater. Carlos was very responsive about the issue, however we were too busy to have anyone come in to service the unit while we were there.
Carlos was the perfect host who was very responsive to advising us on all aspects of the flat. The first day we took the tube to Covent Gardens and discovered that only about 20% of the travelers were wearing masks. For the next 5 days we walked to all sites which were very close. Couldn't have been a better location. We have rebooked for next July.
Our family of four (including 13 and 9 year old children) had a wonderful time here. The flat was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed; the living area was comfortable, as were the beds. Having two full bathrooms was very nice, especially with children. We just had to remind our children to be efficient in the shower, since the hot water seemed to go quickly. Knowing that now, we’d better prepare them the next time and therefore this would not impact our decision to stay again.
Aside from the flat itself, the real star was the location: a lovely quiet street right off Belgrave Road just a short walk to easy transit access at Victoria Station. The area is simply charming with its Regency architecture and beautiful squares. We could not have asked for a better stay.
We stayed for a week over spring break and couldn't have been more pleased with the property. The location was very convenient to all the places we needed/wanted to go - whether that was catching a train from Victoria Station (5 minute walk) or catching a cab at the end of the block. With London being such a walkable city, this location was a great starting point for so many of our adventures which took us all over the city. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Carlos helped to arrange door-to-door transportation from the airport, and then met us at the door on check-in and shared the details of the apartment, and instructions on how everything worked. Beds were very comfortable, showers were modern and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the sitting room was comfortable after a long day out and about. Although the patio was appealing (and covered), the weather kept us more indoors. I couldn't recommend this property any more highly.

A large flat with stylish equipment and decoration, great location only a few minutes walk from Victoria Station, Bus 24 to Westminster stops nearby in Belgrave Street, a variety of shops including a large Sainsbury's store and restaurants (including a Michelin starred Chinese restaurant - A Wong) are very close in Wilton Road/Warwick Way.
Yet not everything came up to our - admittedly very high - expectations. The description of the apartment is to our opinion not fully correct as it lies in the basement so there is no full daylight except in the wintergarden, there is (which was of no importance to us) no whirlpool but a steam bath (which is not very comfortable though, as the stone surface of the seat stays cold). Moreover there are fist signs of deterioration: the regulation of the watertemperature in the main shower didn't work anymore, the door to the wintergarden couldn't be properly opened. An addition of an instruction how to operate the TVs in the living and master bedroom would be very helpful (we didn't ask for it because we didn't use the TVs).

Nice Gem In London
This review is based off of a ten day stay in Sep 2018:
Let me start off by saying that our host, Carlos, was very responsive and super attentive from the moment we reserved the flat. Despite being on different time zones I received replies to my questions promptly- always within less than one business day.
Now about the actual flat...
PROS:
- Location, Location, Location! The location was AWESOME. The neighborhood is fairly safe. Victoria Station, grocery stores, and restaurants/pubs were all within less than a 10 minute leisurely stroll. If you're real walkers other places are close by too (Chelsea, Buckingham Palace, Southwark etc.)
- Very clean- aside from a couple of cobwebs the place was spotless
- Amazing decor and layout. The interior decorator nailed it! Only two of us stayed here during our visit, but I could see a couple and two small kids also easily staying here. There is ample room to stretch out.
- Small touches: Extra towels/linens, handy instruction sheet (explaining the lights, WiFi, trash collection, etc.), above average basic toiletries (shampoo, lotion, toilet paper)
- Smooth financial transactions: Deposit, Final Payment, Deposit Refund all seamless and completed in a timely fashion.
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT (these are definitely not deal breakers though)
- WiFi: It was spotty in some places but our host mentioned this when checking-in so it wasn't a complete surprise
- TV: There is a TV in the living room, master bedroom, and conservatory. Not all of them were connected to the basic local cable so you had to rely solely on streaming services. If you're someone who stays glued to the TV viewing options will probably run out fast. However, if you're were out and about constantly like we were it was not a biggie.
- Hot water: The place is fairly high tech so upon arrival we kept running out of hot water. After a few messages to our host we realized it was set on a timer to run at certain times. He quickly sorted this out remotely and we had no further issues during our stay.
-Cookware: There are pots and pans but it is a limited selection. We did not do much cooking so it was fine with us. However, if you plan to cook a lot its something to keep in mind.
OVERALL:
I would highly recommend this flat as an ideal place to stay. Our 1st trip to London was made so much more enjoyable by having a super comfortable and inviting place to lay our heads at night. Thanks Carlos!
The apartment was very spacious in a fantastic quiet location. There may however be a problem for anyone with mobility issues, because the stairs to get to the front door below street level are very steep and narrow. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Carlos provided a great flat for the 4 of us to stay. It has everything you might need from a cozy living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, an outdoor patio area as well. Check in process was simple and easy to follow with instructions. Located near transit and nice quiet neighborhood as well.
Our family of 4 stayed here for a week of exploring London. Apartment was comfortable, clean and in a great location. Quick walk to Victoria station and many great food and drink options all around the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were very impressed with the property. We stayed in Flat 1 and out of all the properties we have stayed at in London over the years (and we have stayed in many) this one is by far the most modern (in terms of bathrooms, kitchen, heating and overall appearance). Also very clean, great location and check in / out process a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.
