Disappointed

Was double charges and improperly billed but when I contacted the manager at from desk he was very rude, condescending and non-responsive to my concerns and actually tried to blame me then hung up on me after refusing to provide me his name. I had to take matters into my own hands in order to get my issues addressed and corrected. Very, very disappointed with this experience and will be happy to share it with others.
