The space
Inside the Space
Step into a beautifully styled home where comfort meets quiet elegance. This thoughtfully furnished space features clean lines, cozy textures and a calming palette—creating the perfect retreat for families, friends or business travelers.
Living Area
Relax in the inviting living room, complete with an elegant sofa and a 55" 4K smart TV—ideal for streaming your favorite shows or winding down after a long day. The open layout flows easily from the sitting area into the kitchen and dining space, making it easy to stay connected with your group.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances including a fridge, stove and basic cookware—ready for light meal prep or casual cooking. While barstools are not yet included, the space is functional, open and will continue to evolve as the home is upgraded over time.
Bedrooms
Each of the three bedrooms is fully air-conditioned and features modern beds, heavy dark-out drapes, and tasteful furnishings that strike a balance between comfort and style.
The first bedroom is cozy and thoughtfully arranged for rest and relaxation.
The second bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom and a built-in closet, creating a quiet, comfortable space ideal for couples or solo guests.
The third bedroom includes a larger closet, perfect for guests with more luggage or those staying longer..

The home includes three full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. All are clean, simple and equipped with hot and cold water, providing added convenience for larger groups.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and the kitchen. The only exception is one locked room behind the kitchen that's used for storage and not accessible during your stay. Everything else is yours to enjoy!

The second property came about in a similar way — a neighbor moved abroad for career opportunities and trusted me to use the space.
