Nestled on a quiet street, you’ll enjoy peaceful nights while being just minutes from UVU, BYU, shopping, and restaurants. High speed internet and a smart TV. Separate heating and AC - this apartment does not share with the main house. There are no common spaces between the main house and this space.

Very cozy nook indeed! Spend a night with my husband and teen daughter and was perfect in size and comfort. Bed and pillows were extra comfortable and I had a very good night sleep. The kitchen has everything you need including pancake flour! I was very glad to find full size shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Highly recommend and host is super easy to get a hold of if you need her.
