Esta es una hermosa casa de 5 dormitorios y 3 baños. Cocina hecha a medida con electrodomésticos ss, aire acondicionado central, pisos de madera, lavadora / secadora, sala de juegos con mesa de billar, tablero de dardos eléctrico, juegos de mesa. Tenemos un parque infantil con columpios para los niños. Estamos ubicados en una comunidad con piscina, un lago con playa de arena, canchas de tenis y cancha de voleibol de arena. Arriba tiene un dormitorio principal con baño completo y otros dos dormitorios con baño compartido en el pasillo. Cocina abierta, comedor, gran salón. Gran porche con parrilla de gas. En la planta baja tiene dos dormitorios con baño compartido, sala de lavandería y sala de juegos. ¡Esta es la casa que realmente necesitas para tus vacaciones!

Very nice stay

We were 6 adults and 4 children for the July 4th weekend family getaway. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this home. However, the beach facility restaurant was clearly understaffed resulting in 45 minute to 1 hour wait times. Although this is no fault of the rental home it is part of the community. Lesson: bring your own food to the beach.

Horrible …not expecting to stay in

Not like to stay there at all. I rent the house for 2 nights but I stay only 1 night, i have to check out early, can’t sleep in there another night. The house NOT fill up enough the things supposed to be ( no towel at all, bed dirty and have little animal in there, we killed 5 cockroach inside the house, ..,,) We don’t have ticket or anything use for the community pool and parking (suppose to have when we check in )until next day check in . That not right at all. Trash, we have to take care, drop off at dumpster, but in the rules book , they not write down the time available for us drop of. When we there , the dumpster office was close . Horrible.. we have to take the trash with us back home. That not convenient at all for customers. Thinking about customer have vacation, no time for that. Customer drive with nice car , but have to put the trash in the car.. be there and dumpster close ..OMG We have vacation a lot, we already rent a lot of houses before But this house is HORRIBLE, I hope the owner and host can look back and fix all the problems the house have.good luck! We can not rate you good .sorry ! The house not expecte to stay .

AMAZING GETAWAY!!!

We had a small reunion of friends and family over the July 4th weekend, this property was perfect. It's large and accommodated everyone comfortably. However, the highlight of this trip was the surroundings. The property is located in the middle of the woods and the wildlife is mind blowing. There were so many deer and birds in any direction that you looked. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wishes to get away from the busy city life. I'm definitely going to revisit this place in the near future.

Family had wonderful stay. LakeHarmony right near by and we have been there 3 years. Host was easy to reach and talk to.

Peaceful and beautiful

The house was beautiful and just the right size for 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the close proximity to nature walks and hiking trails. The owner was also very helpful and responsive when we had questions, including bringing trash bags within minutes of our request. Despite the perfect size and the beautiful design of the house, there were some issues. Some furniture and appliances need repair and the yard was unkempt with piles of building supplies and debris. All in all, we had a great time in and around the house even though the beach and pool were closed our entire week.

Amazing house

Right from the moment we entered the home we were blown away. The house was very modern, clean, spacious and tons of natural light. Each bedroom was big enough for family and suitcases without feeling crowded. The only thing I feel we were missing was cable television but we made it work with our Firestick. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Great house

We were four families and fitted well. The big table with benches could accommodate almost all of us and the open plan was great. Just make sure to read the rules before you go. When we got there, there wasn´t any gas for the barbecue and we planned on that for dinner. It was not included, however, when we contacted the hosts they replied quickly and told us where to get some close by. Kitchen was stocked well although there were no coffee mugs in the kitchen, only a few huge soup like mugs. Overall we had a great stay!

We loved the house!!!

We rented the home for a family and friends ski weekend. There were 13 of us , 8 adults and 5 children. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and well equipped. We will rent it again in the future when heading back to the Poconos. Thank you Georgina!!!

The house was clean, spacious and overall what we expected.

We had a family of nine and everyone fit comfortably. We had a little trouble finding the community center. But that might have been our GPS. In addition, Georgina was very responsive.

WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

When booking a hotel or house or purchasing something I normally go by reviews. This home did not have any reviews, so at first I was very skeptical. Because I was going on vacation with many family members, I had to get their approval. I sent this house together with many others for their review. I mentioned to them I loved this house but because there are no reviews we should not get it. After looking at the others and then at this one again and again, everyone decided to go with this one. I thought because it was newly renovated was the reason for no reviews. I am so glad we took this house because it was everything we expected and more. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and appliances we needed. The fridge was clean and spacious to accommodate all our grocery items and left over cooked food. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. There were extra pillows and comforters in the closets. The rooms were very modern and well furnished. There was a laundry room which we did not use but will be very handy for others, I am sure. The deck with the bbq grill, we made good use off since we like to bbq often. There were lots of toys for kids but since we only had a 9 month old, he wasn't able to use any of them. Maybe next time. The driveway was large enough to accommodate all our vehicles (4) and more. Lake Harmony and Split Rock Resort was a mere 10 minutes away. Beltzville Park is 20 minutes away which we enjoyed immensely. Any questions i had, was answered promptly and courteously . The bench in the living room is the only thing I have to complain about. After sitting for a while, it was cutting into my legs. I would recommend a padding on it for comfort. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some quiet time with family and friends. I would certainly stay there again. The Singh Family

Great house for our stay in the Poconos!

Very nice house, clean, new, great play area and patio for BBQing. Very spacious as well. Even though we had a problem with the air conditioning not working at first, Georgina was quick to respond to us and sent someone to fix it within the hour. Since this is such a new house though, some appliances are missing like a microwave, blow dryer, and limited glassware but really no big deal. Also, just to let anyone know before booking this house, the community that this property is located in only gives 8 wristbands for access to the private beach and pool. Just something to take into consideration since we brought along a large party and the community was strict with regards to this. Nonetheless, this was a very modern home for our stay and we really enjoyed our time in the Poconos! Would totally recommend!
