Home theater w/ popcorn maker!

Enjoy a private backyard patio with BBQ, open-concept kitchen with island seating, and a custom home theater with 150” screen, wet bar, and popcorn maker. Ideal for families, professionals, and longer stays. Walkable location near parks, shops, and LRT. Central A/C, thoughtful touches, and flexible spaces make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The Space:
The main floor features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, large island with bar seating, a dedicated dining area, and a comfortable living space. Upstairs, you’ll find two master suites—each with a king bed, smart TV, and private ensuite. One ensuite includes a jetted tub and walk-in shower, while the other has a shower/tub combo and access to a private balcony.

The lower level includes a third bedroom with two queen beds, plus a custom home theater with a 150” projector screen, built-in wet bar, popcorn maker, and seating for six. Outside, guests have access to a private fenced patio with a gas BBQ.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the home, including all indoor spaces, the home theater, backyard patio with BBQ, and garage. The single-car garage is enclosed and reserved for your use, with entry via remote through the back alley. A man door connects to the neighboring bay for pedestrian exit, and a key is provided for that access. Entry to the home is via secure, keyless Schlage smart lock.
