Welcome to The Skyline Penthouse Suite at 131 West Seeboth in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. Located on the fifth floor, this spacious loft offers sweeping views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline.

Enjoy two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a professional style kitchen, and a cozy fireplace. The master has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twins that can be made into another king. We can also provide a pull-out bed or air mattress for additional guests.

The space is fully yours with no shared areas, perfect for relaxing nights in, cooking meals in the chef’s kitchen, or watching fireworks from the comfort of your living room. Steps away you’ll find over thirty restaurants, unique shops, the Milwaukee Public Market, and local experiences like Pilates or sensory float therapy.

Indoor parking is available for a fee and public transit is just blocks away with easy access to trains, buses, the airport, and the Lake Express ferry.

Great location for Summerfest

My family and I stayed here for Summerfest. Great location and listing is accurate. Fun neighborhood with character of old buildings. Worked well for family of 4 for the weekend.

Attended a wedding in town. Location was excellent for events, but we were unaware that the property is right next to a major train line that was very busy Friday night. You might be awakened by a freight train or two that feels like its going right through your bedroom, if you aren't used to that! Parking is VERY tight, and if you aren't comfortable maneuvering your vehicle in tight quarters, or is a larger vehicle, you will need to find free overnight parking, which is available just not onsite.Communication and accommodation for a few requests with host were excellent! Note the property has one bedroom with 2 twins and another with a king bed. The listing indicates 2 king beds, but pictures reflect reality. Bathrooms are ensuite for master, and half bath in hall. We enjoyed staying here and would return, if it weren't for the trains. Really cool place and we even saw fireworks Sat night from the living room windows!

Super cool loft apartment.Check-in was simple and easy.Property was clean upon arrival.Great location to 3rd Ward and GOOD restaurants.Owner and property manager are very friendly, flexible, and available to answer questions or take care of minor issues.Parking on-site is convenient, but very tight for big SUVs - at the same time, owner was very flexible on making adjustments so I could use the on-site spots.Bottom line - I would stay here again
