Cozy apartment next to one of the main business centers of São Paulo and Shopping Morumbi. It has a large balcony, well-equipped kitchen, bed linen and layette. The building is modern and has a complete leisure area, parking space, and an excellent location for those who come to São Paulo for work, trade fairs, exhibitions, or leisure.
Higienópolis is known for its chic cafés, fashion boutiques, and upscale restaurants among modernist apartment buildings. It is heavily wooded with century-old trees, an invitation to walk in São Paulo.
Close to great restaurants, bars, banks and main roads of Sao Paulo. We recommend using Uber and/or cab; these services are very easy to use in the region.

Walking, you are 10 minutes from Morumbi train station (emerald line) and 15 minutes from Borba Gato metro station (lilac line).
