Cette maison enchanteresse sur le côté océan de la ville offre une vue partielle sur la montagne et l'océan dans un quartier calme, à distance de marche du village de Mesa (Lazy Acres, Dining, Albertsons, Good Cup, CVS, Mesa Burger, Mesa Cafe) et moins de deux minutes du centre-ville ou de l'une des nombreuses plages populaires.

L'une des maisons les plus populaires de notre offre, la maison est chaleureusement décorée et comprend des extras tels que bain à remous, lit de bébé pack n play, planche de surf et parapluie, jouets pour enfants et bain à remous.

Wi-Fi et laveuse / sécheuse inclus.

Un lit king-size, un lit queen-size, un lit double et un lit de bébé Pack n 'Play permettent de dormir jusqu'à six personnes. Les lits sont recouverts de draps fins, d'édredons et d'oreillers en duvet.

La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement de quatre à cinq personnes et un bar de cuisine peut accueillir deux personnes. Chaise haute montée sur chaise fournie.

Wonderful week in Santa Barbara

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Santa Barbara. This was a great place to stay with everything we needed. It was close to beach, grocery, restaurants, wine country and trails in the hills.

Lovely views, private, so close to town but in a quiet neighborhood.

My partner and I loved our stay. We enjoyed the backyard and evening soak's in the hot tub. The view's were a added plus we weren't expecting. Would love to come back again.

Comfortable home overlooking water and hills

We enjoyed a family gathering during Christmas week. Home had lots of room and all the amenities we could want. Hot tub was a big draw. Location was perfect to access so many activities. Would love to return.

We enjoyed our month stay at Lynn’s lovely cottage. The space was cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed in a home. The yard and view was so lovely. Quiet,friendly and safe neighborhood. We can’t wait to return!! Lynn was always available to us and is a lovely lady!

A very cozy, comfortable and quiet house, a little gem, close to everything

We visited our son for Christmas and we loved this house ! It was comfortable, with a nice cozy living room and very comfortable beds in the bedrooms. It was also clean and very quiet so quite relaxing, with all required amenities. It is also very convenient with a very short drive to downtown, the village (walking distance for shopping) or the shoreline, as well as super-easy access to highway 101. We will certainly try to stay there again next time we visit.

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing & clean

We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation to Santa Barbara while staying in Lynn's beautiful beach home. We are a family of 4 and we felt very comfortable here. It was clean, quiet, cozy & had lovely decorations & views, just as described. It was a close drive to everything, beaches, shopping, Mission, Zoo, but was far enough away to be in a nice, quiet neighborhood to get away from it all. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, spa and boogie boards. This is a great place to stay while vacationing in Santa Barbara. Thank you Lynn for such a wonderful home to stay in away from home!

Can't wait to go back!

We spent a month at Casa Cortita and loved every minute. The house is bright and cheery and very well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is very centrally located and in a nice neighborhood. We even got a great view of the lunar eclipse from our patio! We had a plumbing issue, which Lynn took care of immediately. We would happily go back to this property!

Lovely Property

We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara, the house was well equipped and very comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood close to local amenities. The only issue we had was the very charming, but antiquated, oven (71 years old). The owners came straight over and checked it out when we queried it’s suitability (it was safe). Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this lovely house and hope to rebook in the future.

The bed was comfortable. The dishwasher ran excessively; we finally got it to stop after it ran over two hours. Water pressure seemed to be another issue with the property. It would be nice if the closets & kitchen drawers were cleaned & tidied up.

Thanks for staying with us Glorya. I'm sorry to hear about the dishwasher running long, that's not its normal course... Will have the appliance guy out. Will ask maid staff to check on the closets. Did you find a cob web maybe? Sorry about the water pressure... Uggg. As you know, there was a water main break down the street and that caused pressure to be low for all homes in the area. I'm sorry we weren't clear that water pressure may be affected during that repair. We are available via phone, text, email or in person 24/7 to assist with needs and ensure a wonderful stay. I'm sorry we were not able to help you with these items during your stay. We hope to once again provide stellar service during your next stay.

Cute little house in SB Hills

We stayed at this cute little house for a weekend getaway. The check in / check out process is easy. It has a nice lay out and would be great for a family. Lots of stuff stocked in the kitchen to make meals - although like most vacation rentals (we travel and rent quite a bit) you have to hunt for stuff as things are sort of thrown into drawers in a big mish mash, but not a deal breaker - it was easy to find what was needed. If you want to walk to State Street this isn't really the spot for you - but it's a quick car ride away and just down the hill is anything you could need as far as supplies go. The house was very clean and it was lovely to sit with the French doors open and watch the blue jays and woodpeckers and the mountains of SB. The only drawback for us was the state of the lawn in the yard all around the property. Look, I'm a native California, I get that grass is a no go with the drought, but dead brown grass and dirt is just so bad aesthetically. We didn't use the hot tub, or the outdoor table, or the ping pong because it was just super uninviting out there which is a pity because it really should be a huge part of the rental experience. Digging up the dead grass and putting down fake grass, ground cover, DG or even pea gravel would be better than looking at that. Not to mention the toll it takes on the carpets if you have people tracking dust and dirt in and out. Anyway, that would probably be the only reason to say we didn't love the house 100%, other than that it's nice place and the owners were very nice to deal with.

We were awaiting city approval to move forward on the drought tolerant landscaping that sits there now and includes some of the ideas you mentioned including "alternative grass," drought tolerant flowering plants and lovely pathways. Peaceful Get-Away, convenient to downtown Santa Barbara

This is a wonderful cottage with 2 comfortable bedrooms, updated kitchen and a lovely outdoor space with beautiful views. It is very private and our host was very helpful. The location was perfect and home very clean and updated. We will definitely return !

Charming home

This was the perfect spot for us to head to the Channel Islands for the day and enjoy some time in Santa Barbara. Just the right amount of space and the property manager was right next door and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved how quiet, private, and quaint the property was; however, I believe there needed to be more updates and cleaning that should have been done before our check-in. Dishes, utensils, and pots/pans that were put away were not thoroughly cleaned so we had to wash them again before using. We were hoping to eat dinner outside in the backyard but the patio seating was covered with cobwebs. Nobody did maintenance on the oven to ensure that everything was working and despite us following the check-out instructions, we found that they didn't have some of the things required for us to not be charged a fee, i.e. laundry detergent for towels. The two other numbers provided (not Lynn's) were unresponsive when I had questions before and during my stay. I didn't get a responses regarding my texts until the morning before we checked out. Not the most professional in my opinion.

Charming little house

We loved our stay at this charming little house! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully outfitted with everything we needed to cook at the house. The property was the best part, we made good use of the fire pit and the hot tub. Would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful property!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alta Mesa! Online pictures don’t do the views justice! You get views of the mountains on one side & ocean on the other. House was extremely clean & well maintained. Lynn was absolutely wonderful. Very thoughtful & kind. I’d absolutely stay at the property again.

Cottage on the Mesa in Beautiful Santa Barbara

Adorable cottage with fantastic views! Short drive to the dog paradise of Hendry's Beach. Hot tub was a delight after chasing the dogs on the beach. Beds were big and cozy with lovely linens! Perfect for a small family or two couples. Close enough to harbor for Brophy Bros. to deliver clam chowder and warm bread. Just got home and missing it already!

Amazing location for a getaway!

This place was perfect for our getaway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the basic necessities. The bathroom was large and there was a small on-suite half-bath in the master bedroom. There wasn't any toiletries available so be sure to pack some or go to the nearby store to pick some up! The views are amazing and the hot tub is a major plus. We hope to be able to visit again!

This house was absolutely perfect, a peaceful neighbourhood, amazing views and beautiful house. We’d loved to have stayed longer - I want to move to Santa Barbara! The house was in a great location; walking distance to the village and a short drive to all the sights. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our favorite spot at this particular home is the patio where birds sing, the sun sets and an evening dinner at the patio table is easy with the kitchen close by. It's a relaxing location and when we can get in (very ifew openings these days) we thoroughly enjoy our stay.
