Beautiful, spotless room in a gorgeous hotel. Would not have agreed that it was a luxury room with special amenities, and had I seen a view of the actual room prior to renting, I would have kept looking

The fact that we had to wait 10 min everytime for the elevator really put a damper on the stay because one elevator was down. However the room was pretty nice. Noticed that the remote and the phone had a lot of dust on it which meant it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was a dirty glass cup at the door when we arrived and the halls smelt like something was burning. However, we loved the rooftop bar they had GREAT food and we enjoyed our view and the fact that the windows opened. Would stay here again IF the elevators were working.
