Farmhouse Oasis Treehouse, Pool, Heated Spa & Arcade off I-4 Lakeland Airport

This guest was, by far, the most challenging I have ever hosted. During her stay, interior furniture was damaged and the house was left in significant disrepair. Despite this, the guest submitted a request for a refund based on claims that are false and fabricated. Regarding property maintenance, the yard had been trimmed prior to her arrival, and the visit in question was for routine, pre-discussed pool maintenance. Likewise, I went above and beyond to accommodate concerns during the stay. The Guest appeared to want the property maintained while simultaneously preferring that I not enter the property for outdoor maintenance. I did my best to balance those expectations while respecting her privacy. It is also important to note that her stay lasted more than a week during the summer season, when grass grows rapidly; despite being trimmed before her arrival, the lawn naturally began to grow again within a few days.I also told them that I am only one phone call away if they needed anything else to let me know. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the guest was confrontational, unfriendly, and seemingly seeking a reduced or free stay. She ultimately left a negative rating that does not reflect the condition of the property or the level of service. Read plainly, her frivolous complaints are nothing short of extortion carefully crafted to illicit unjust monetary compensation for a fully redeemed booking.

The guest asked how to use an item, and I provided her instructions and details on how she could properly use it. She was unresponsive and it appears that she did not see the instructions. Then she proceeded to write this. With all guests, I aim to be as helpful as possible but this guest apparently did not see my messages. I will advise this guest to correct the record and/or read my responses.
